Beautiful hotel in great location! Right by the sea bridge and the outdoor „Kurplatz“ where musical acts entertain. The hotel was beautiful and had much to offer: the rooms with balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea are great. Staff working at the hotel are very friendly and helpful! We were very lucky to talk with somebody at reception who was able to switch rooms. I had booked 2 rooms with balconies. But when we entered the first of the rooms we saw it overlooked the back entrance / parking lot. Luckily there was one room available still with sea view, no balcony though. If you have to choose between a room with a sea view or a balcony, choose sea view! Great breakfast! Several wonderful spaces: restaurant with view and great breakfast and dinners, Kakadu lounge for small meals during lunch time. Bar outside with great views and options for cocktails or cake and coffee. Spa area with an indoor outdoor pool, hot tub (which could be have hotter water temp) and good spa treatments. Rooms do not have coffee makers nor plug in kettles for tea. I asked at reception and received one, but there are not many to accommodate guests. They do provide coffee, milk and mini croissants at the Kakadu lounge from 6am.

Staying in the annex. That sauna was “textile free” which was not indicated on the description. Three out of four in our were not comfortable at all with that. Some accenting needed to update look

gorgeous property on the Baltic Sea coast. Perfect location in the resort town of Binz. Sumptuous breakfast, great pool, attentive staff (I could go on & on). Place has an Interesting (if depressing) history too. Entirely wonderful stay. Nothing

The helpful staff, the wonderful breakfast, even better than in the past , the peaceful atmosphere in the whole hotel, although it seemed to be full, the lack of swimmers in the pool.. The wine bar was shut for a week, so we had to go out into the cold, stormy night. Otherwise everything else was, as always, fantastic.

Great location and the building is beautiful. The staff were very helpful. Parking is easy, even though it’s duplex parking. Great breakfast and cocktails. Totally not worth the price. Spa was weak, very weak. Hotel rooms have old TVs and even a DVD player. What year is this? 2006? Overall, just absolutely not worth the price.

Centrally located, super clean, great breakfast, free of charge pick up and drop off service and a really nice spa area with different saunas and a big pool. The room was spacious and had a comfy bed and pillows. For the most part very friendly staff. The only reason I don’t give 10/10 is due to one woman at the reception who was extremely unfriendly and inhospitable. It was my bf’s birthday and we were in our bathrobes on our way to the spa and left our phones in the room. We wanted to book a table for dinner at the restaurant but it was full, so we asked for alternative suggestions and whether they could maybe call a restaurant and reserve for us. While the guy at reception was super friendly and happy to help the woman barked at us and him and said that they don’t call restaurants, that we have to do it ourselves. Despite the phone being right in front of them, she refused to help and gave off a super unfriendly vibe which I think is extremely unfortunate and rude. The guy apologetically looked at us and gave us a bottle of champagne as a gift to my bf. All in all, all staff was friendly except this one woman. I believe in a hotel like this, service should be key and she definitely set a very negative example. Too bad!

Facility, customer service, breakfast, location, wellness areas, relaxation areas, everything exceeded our expectations. Luxury Nothing in mind

Centrally located, well positioned, beautiful main building, good quality breakfast, cool lounge bar. There’s no evening entertainment, some live music (saxophone, piano, duo) would be greatly appreciated.

Superb location. Excellent breakfast. Lovely terrace bar and wine bar. The room was very good. The overall feel of the hotel was very stylish and elegant. The only things that stopped me giving the hotel a 10/10 ranking were the surprisingly uncomfortable pillows, and the fact that the shower's temperature fluctuated when in use. Neither of these things ruined our stay, but were surprising deficiencies for such a luxurious hotel.

Nothing We travel quite often, and unfortunately, this hotel was one of the biggest disappointments we've ever encountered. The website showed beautiful photos of modern rooms, so we decided to book one at 400 euros per night, which is a fairly high price. However, upon arrival, we were placed in an attic room with tiny windows, a sloped roof, and a balcony with a view of a dreadful corner and old rooftops. To make matters worse, the kitchen was directly below, and the constant smell of old fried oil was unbearable. The room was absolutely unsafe for staying with a child: the terrace door wouldn’t lock properly and could be easily opened, posing a danger for small children. We asked the staff to change our room, but they only offered us an apartment that was listed at a much lower price on the website. Naturally, they refused to refund the price difference. Additionally, we found that many extra services at the hotel were chargeable, even though this information wasn’t disclosed on the website. The hotel staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful in resolving the issues we faced. In the end, the hotel did not live up to its cost or our expectations. We are extremely disappointed and would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Wonderfull location, clean and quite room, helpful staff, exceptional breakfast. That’s no doubt the best hotel in Binz. But their parking leaves much to be desired unfortunately. Hotel gated underground parking is equipped with a mechanical multi-storey parking in a single space. You should park your car in 1,5 m height (you can’t open the trunk, be careful!) and 2 m width (careful, you know!) metal cage. When you would like to use your car during your stay, you should find a receptionist because you can’t leave this metal cage without a special key (. That’s a disaster, frankly speaking. Each hotel in Binz has better parking lot, that Travel Charme. If you travel by car you’d better choose any other hotel.

The building is beautiful and the setting is amazing. We were here in 2019, general feeling is that the hotel has been profiled as mainstream 4* rather than a classic luxury hotel. The services were stripped down, two things we noticed is that there are no more white table linen for dinner or breakfast and we were not offered any support with our luggage when arrived.

Setting, location, breakfeast are good. room too expensive - not very big, side view on the sea, we had a lot better room at 80 EUR less in Boltenhagen

My family and I absolutely LOVED the Kurhaus. The room was spectacular and the views from our many windows were just fabulous. Looked forward to breakfast each day. It was just so yummy and the choices ...too many to choose from! They even got the breakfast egg spot on. I like a soft boiled egg in the morning and most hotels do not offer them or just cannot get it right. Not so the Kurhaus! Breakfast was just AMAZING. The food offered for dinner was equally great. Our son loved the duck and said it was the best he ever had. The room our son was staying in was a double bedroom with sea view and balcony. Really nice and perfect for him. We used the swimming pool and steam rooms. Wish that we could go back. The reception team are welcoming esp Frau Seybold. The team in the restaurant are very customer orientated and make sure that everything is just perfect. Will we be back??? You can count on it. We had just the most wonderful time. We loved our stay and there is nothing we did not like. The only tiny thing might be that I would have liked the steam room open in the morning and not just as of 13.00 hour but I do understand that it is not possible. The energy cost to heat up the saunas and steam rooms all day would be just a waste. I think the time from 13.00 - 21.00 is ok.

Location is great, staff was nice. SPA as well beautiful. Breakfasts buffet was amazing! I do not have words to describe it. We wanted to try as well Chateaubriand for dinner in this hotel restaurant - it was little bit high price on firts look, but we had this dinner and Chateaubriand was the best we ever had! Chateaubriand with truffle potato purée with truffles and with extra sause - all was perfect! Dinner, dish itself and atmosphere in reastaurant with frinedly and perfect stuff, all was high class. We were delighted with this sauce and my husbond asked how they make it, and Chef himslef came to greet us and talked with us about it… and full process takes in total 2 days to finish it. We were delighted. Also in the morning before or after the breakfast in Cacadu bar of restaurant there is possibility from 06-11 that you sit there take some coffee or capucino and some snack (not paying extra for this) and to enjoy in beautiful view. All was perfect and I recommend this place. We will come back for sure. All was worth of money we spent. Hairdrier in room i did not like it. I have long hair and i needed to wait multiple times that hairdryer become “cool” to start to work again. If I knew this, I would bring my own :) Or at least some massage should be left if you need better hairdryer call reception… just as an example :)
