Disappointing

Location is fantastic. It was not clean, the pillows were of no use and the sofa bed provided to sleep 2 more people was very uncomfortable, dirty and small. No wifi in the room inspite of being advertised as such.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Good value for money.

location wifi didn’t work in our room, only downstairs shower curtain was moldy and water didn’t drain room was not cleaned and no new towels and sheets after first night complementary water seemed to have been tap water filled up in a fancy bottle

It's near the lake, the beach, restaurants and cafes and also the supermarket. Everything is reachable within just a few minutes walk. Some people commented that it's too loud since it's beside the street, but for me, the street noise was just fine. It's not even that noisy. I slept well. Bed was comfy. The room was cool when it was a hot day outside and when it was a bit cold, you can run the heater to warm up the room. I had a comfortable stay. I didn't like that the glass of water that was at the table wasn't clean.. There was a fan inside the room but when I tried to use it to dry my hair, since I didn't find a hairdryer, it doesn't work. ?

Very good despite some bad previous feedback. Looks like the big work was done because of them. I recommend it now. At least 104th room where we stayed. 1. Very bad wifi in room 104. It needs to be improved by a more powerful router. 2. The main entrance door did not work properly as sometimes we could not open it outside and called the receptionist.

Close to the town center and easy to reach on foot from the train station, lovely balcony. No room service/ cleaning, terrible sulphur smell in the shower, the bathroom in general was a let down
