Nothing to like. Very hot period and no aircon! We booked two rooms months ago - one for my wife and I and the other for our daughter but upon arrival were informed that the rooms were a distance away from each other and could not be changed! No consideration by hotel booking staff!

Excellent service, fantastic breakfast. Staff were very helpful and the room was immaculate! Creaky staircase. Bathtub was enormous which is great, but it was also very wide, making it a little difficult to get in and out of . The signage made you aware of this so it didn't prove a big deal

Comfortable bed Our stay got off to a disappointing start. When we arrived, there was no one at reception. A note on the desk asked guests to call a number because the receptionist was away, but the phone was simply ringing on the reception desk itself. It wasn’t clear how anyone would know we were waiting, which was extremely frustrating after a long journey when all we wanted to do was check in and get to our room. To the receptionist’s credit, they apologised and offered us complimentary parking, which we appreciated. However, it didn’t make up for the poor first impression or the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the room also wasn’t as clean as expected. There were noticeable dust particles, a spider’s cobweb, and one of the towels had a brown mark around the edge, making it appear unwashed. Overall, the lack of cleanliness meant I didn’t feel comfortable using the facilities, which was very disappointing.
