Location, decor, all perfect The ac had broke on one of the hottest days. The fans were highly inadequate to the point we had to sleep With the main door open to let air in. This is 2 girls alone. We didn’t sleep at all and left at 7 the next morning because of the heat. The hotel gave me a 5% deposit :/

Booking.com failed to inform me that this hotel went into administration in June. We only found out when we arrived to find it closed leaving us having to find somewhere new to stay.

The hotel had closed down months ago yet still took our payment 24 hours before the stay. The hotel had closed down months ago yet still took our payment 24 hours before the stay.

The hotel has closed. It would have been better if Booking.Com contacted me in advance to inform me. Instead I had to wander round Birmingham trying to find somewhere to stay. Most hotels were fully booked due to the European Athletics Championships

NOTHING IT IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!!! Do not book here - the hotel is permanently closed with immediate effect and absolutely no notice from either booking.com or the hotel. Emailing the administration branch gets you absolutely nowhere, I had to chase up booking.com 5x in order to get a refund because they didn’t believe it was permanently closed even if it’s publicised online (including BBC news). I had to threaten getting my bank involved in order for them to take me seriously. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!!!!!
