Lesson learned, read reviews before booking. Location was dodgy. Garage where you park your car was crowded with people drinking from onsite bar. Arrived and couldn't check in. Parked across the road and looking at the place and clientele, felt uncomfortable. Read reviews, clearly should have done this before booking. Booked in to another place for the night.

Cheap and cheerful, don't expect the Hilton, it's clean and tidy and doese the job, staff are great

Location was decent. Staff were nice. The shower door was broken, the room wasn't clean, the bed had some stains, router was in our room, so it took up most of the space on our table. Can't really get in or out of the parking space, so we parked outside. No

The staff were helpful and friendly. Made us feel very welcome Cleanliness wasn't amazing (some stains on bedding and towels), and the second floor was considerably warmer than the first for some reason which made for a poor night's sleep due to the hot weather at the time and lack of air conditioning or fans in the room.

Nothing. It had bed bugs. The receptionist changed us to a second room which also had bed bugs in the morning. Besides the bugs, there was no hair dryer, the shower leaked all over the floor, there was no air conditioning and the room was very hot. Leaving the window open was possible but the street was very noisy. I had to sleep on top of the covers with earplugs and a towel wrapped around my wet hair from having showered before bed. In the morning I noticed a bed bug on the towel. I checked out after this one ne terrible night there, asked for a refund, and went to another hotel. The receptionist said the owner would contact me. He hasn’t. I’ve contacted Booking.com several times about this matter and refund but haven’t received any response.

Cheap Bedroom situated over the smoking area and Saturday night life in the bar of the locals and friends of the female bar staff

Really nice and friendly staff, the place is really good for money close to shops if needed. The best bonus that I haven't realised before arriving is that the hotel is next to Birmingham city stadium so if you are a football fan that that place is nice to stay close to for a match.

The room was very basic, but the beds were clean and comfortable as well as nice clean towels.. Teas and coffee in the room were welcome. We got what we paid for.. The bar was underneath, and people were outside at night.
