Oban House Hotel

The breakfast was good and the host was friendly. Location was good . Small room . A bit dated. Creaky bunkbeds . Bed wasn't that comfy myself and my partner had a sore back. Stained ceiling. Had to ask for towels as noone has been to room so had to message host to get these .

Nice little B&B out the way

Clean and comfortable place to stay easy access to the tram. Even with a late arrival they stayed to welcome us. Could do with a thicker duvet and maybe a lower floor room when we stay again.

This is excellent B&B accommodation only a stones throw for I’m the beach. The host is very friendly and makes you feel very welcome. The rooms are spotlessly clean and all the lines and towels smell so clean. Our rooms are spotlessly had a Tv, kettle etc and the shower was hot with great breakfast. The included continental breakfast was excellent with toast, boiled eggs, cereal, juice and fruit. A big plus is the amount of free street parking around the hotel. Highly recommend

The sweetest, kindest most attentive host you could imagine. Really impressed. Everything was beautifully clean and smart. …only wish I had more tea and coffee in the room, but I could have asked for some.

Lovely host, nice and clean hotel and no disturbances during sleeping hours Their was a funky smell coming from what looks like a toilet room next to our room n.o1 apart from that it was good.

Miya always there for the little things. Nothing a didnt like.

Mayu...absolutely fantastic ....went above and beyond for us....always got us what we needed....Mayu is a wonderful host Thankyou! Comfy beds and free WIFI We stayed in room 10 ,same as last year.We had a broken lock which Mayu tried to get fixed but we just put suitcase against our door which wasnt a problem but boys didnt feel safe .this year unfortunately I picked the wrong room(not hotels fault) ,extremely hot with virtually no air even with the window open which didnt open much out it was like a sauna ...also dirty behind the bed with cans and rubbish from previous guests...and dustwebs hanging....no mirror in bathroom although not too much of an issue....as other mirrors in room....no housekeeping at all still yet other hotels are now doing this and room should be checked at least twice .at £350 we didnt get what we paid for this time sadly...(I know we had a budget room but I still expect it to be clean even behind the bed and at least a cheap fan provided!! Also still broken bedside light not fixed from.last year oh kettle only works when you wiggle it!!

We loved everything the location wasn’t too far out the owner and her friend were lovely and little boy sunny my son got on well with and sat and played computer games children very well spoken well mannered and polite all very friendly very cosy and homely b and b also got told could have cereal or toast free of charge which was lovely and branded cereal jams etc they did do breakfast for £6.50pp which we didn’t have but seemed very good price owner always asking if we was ok or if needed anything went above and beyond I think really. The rooms very clean and tidy bedding smelt amazing nice and fresh the only downside is that the rooms are quite small but we managed and still very good value for money and was definitely with it highly recommend thankyou again We liked everything the only downside was room was quite small but everything else fanatic
