The breakfast, servers and cleanliness of the room could not be faulted Plenty of areas on ground floor for residents to relax in Security was excellent using the swipe card to enter the building and the room Location of hotel was ideal ; very near to the main attractions but in a quiet road The main light in the bathroom was not working which I reported on my Saturday arrival day. This was fixed by Monday

Bar area great, friendly staff, good breakfast setup & close to everything. Bedding perfectly clean. Rooms a bit dated but not unexpected in price range.

The location is perfect and staff are really friendly Room wasn’t the cleanest dust everywhere and dated furniture needs modernising

Location is great, we was on the first floor in the hotel. We was located at the front of the hotel and it was very noisy at night with people sat on the front, screaming and shouting early hours. Did not get a good night sleep for the 3 nights stay.

Staff were very helpful and polite, aloud check-in earlier then expected and organised parking also. The breakfast was good. We only stayed overnight but would recommend and return.

Breakfast was ok, but the scrambled egg was plain and had no seasoning In the bedroom none of the room lights where working and had no toilet roll in the room.

Good location for us. Better lighting in the bar area, softer and more relaxing for guests that want to sit in the bar area.Also the bedside lights in our room ,one was loose and kept falling down.They both were reflected in the mirror opposite the bed,and this caused eyestrain.Ideally downward facing bedside lights are the best sort to have. The lift being out of order during our stay,we do hope it will be running again soon as I'm sure many guests and staff would really appreciate having it.
