tea n coffee also would we stay here again, yes for this price we would we only used it as a base to get changed and sleep you don't pay 5 star prices so don't expect 5 star facilities

Location was great,we went to check in but there was some decorating going on,always good to see tho.the painter directed us next door to see a geezer called robert who checked us in. he was a sound lad and sorted us out no bother. cupboards in my room was gathered in dust but im not one to complain so it didnt bother me for the price i got for it for the night.

Perfect for an overnight stay (the room was a bit small but good enough for young travelers), close to beach, we also had a view of the Blackpool tower from the window. Staff was nice, we were able to check-in even after the check-in time without any problem

On arrival we needed to go 3 doors down to the other hotel reception to collect the keys which was absolutely stress free. We also got our room early which was a bonus. Got to our room and was greeted with a little message from Robert the owner thanking us for choosing this hotel. It was perfect for us and just the right size. Can't fault it at all for the price. That we only booked one night.

The hosts were lovely. They are really trying here and the little added touches like chocolates on the pillows and complementary slippers were a lovely added touch. We were there for Easter ? and they gave the kids a little Easter goodie bag which I thought was lovely Really great location 10 mins from train station. Decor isn't the best but you can see the owners are really trying thier best bit by bit. Stained mattress and pillows we not the best but I guess it's hard to keep these clean in a seaside town hotel.
