Breakfast was a complete mess. There were far too many people for the space, and we spent most of the time standing in long lines just to get food. The staff couldn’t keep up with refilling the buffet, so many items ran out, making the wait even longer. The entire breakfast experience felt chaotic and poorly managed. One suggestion would be to extend breakfast until 11:00 a.m. instead of ending at 10:00 a.m. That might help spread guests out and reduce the heavy rush between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m.

The property was gorgeous with more activities than most could do in a stay, off property the beach was right there and so were numerous water sport activities. The wall ports to charge devices didn’t work.

We had an amazing stay at the Bluesun Hotel Elaphusa! The property is absolutely beautiful, our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, and our kids loved the great pool area. The location truly can’t be beat since it is just steps from the beach and offers stunning, picturesque views of Golden Horn Beach (Zlatni rat). Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. We highly recommend this hotel!

Great location, great breakfast & dinner, great staff, crystal blue sea right in front of the hotel. Lots of parking. Great wifi (I easily downloaded a 3Gb update), great AC (runs quietly at night).

The staff is great, always helpfull and effective. The food was amongst the best we've had in last 10 years in hotels in Croatia overall. Situated at cca 700m from the famous Zlatni Rat beach, the location is prefect. We've had a great time, thank you all very much. There could be a little more storage space in the standard room.

Location and provided amenities would be great when all working. Staff is excellent One elevator not working, the other only works from certain floors. Service at dinner for drinks was limited (finished the meal before could even flag down a server for water), music too loud and repetitive at pool, shower & sinks don’t drain (overflow before finished showering).

The water was not included with dinner and had to be paid for separately.

Perfect location with a beautiful beach just in front of the hotel but also 10-15min walk to Zlatni Rat and Bol. Great service. Very clean. The half board includes buffet breakfast and dinner which had many options. No iron in the room

1) Location of the hotel is central & great 2) Gym area 3 Room with the balcony is good with good air conditioning Overall experience at the hotel is sub-par - I would not say that the hotel meets the criteria for 4 stars. 1) Hotel restaurant is a major, major downside, which needs big improvement and immediate intervention. Dinner time is open only from 7PM to 9PM - it is quite challenging to find a table (?!) during the dinner. If you come later at around 8:30PM or so - there’s quite a good chance that you will find only some leftovers and no desserts. The dining experience is poorly managed overall, leaving quite a bad impression of the hotel. 2) Hotel waiters and restaurant staff are severely understaffed; some of them are very nice, but vast majority need additional training in providing service (same applies actually to majority of the staff at the hotel). Hotel reception works were not the most useful in numerous occasions. 3) During breakfast: the juices are watered down to such an extent, that it seems you are drinking water. During dinner (if you have half board) - all drinks (including even water) are extra, so you need to pay for them. 4) Sewage in the sink (and a little bit in the shower) was constantly overflowing 5) the hotel does not replenish water bottles in your rooms - something that is considered a basic level of service. This is not the first time I was staying at this hotel, but this is definitely the last time (unless, drastic changes are implemented). First time was in 2023 and something has changed in a negative way.

The room is together with bathroom to small. The plates are mostly wet, .

Accommodations and facilities were great. Should be rated higher than a 4 star.

Perfect location, only steps to the beach, right on the promenade. Amazing breakfast and friendly staff. ⸻ This hotel is advertised as family-friendly, but it’s not at all stroller-friendly. The pool seemed small for the number of guests and is noticeably outdated. We tried it once but didn’t return after the water left us with skin irritation. The rooms are very cramped. With a toddler and an infant, we could barely move around in our D section room, which had no balcony. The poor sound insulation made things worse — we could clearly hear neighbors and guests upstairs, often waking the kids during the night. The kids’ club area is tiny, and the playground is beyond basic. It can only be used during kids’ club operating hours, which is limiting for families. We really wanted to enjoy our stay, especially considering the price, but overall, it was a disappointment. Sadly, we won’t be coming back and can’t recommend it to families with young children. But we definitely recommend Croatia and Brac Island.

Rooms were a bit too basic for the price charged, unless you are using the amenities it felt a bit expensive for the average rooms but of course you pay for the location :)
