WATER HEATER WAS NOT WORKING

The hotel is conveniently located to walk to the Gateway of India and shop. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and the roof top view were fantastic. It could use some TLC. Exterior windows need to be cleaned from the pigeons.

Nothing Very old facilities Not worth £15 for a night let alone £70 Glad I only had it booked for one night.

Location and Experience. The hotel staff as requested helped us with a sea facing view. The room size was more than adequate and very comfortable. We stay in Mumbai but was enthralled with the overall experience with stay/ None as such. If you know things around the places, which are easily available for tourist, one can be quite comfortable.

The Room was a Family suite.. but way below expectations... The TV was not working and then when it started it was black and white.. bathroom Geyser was not working properly had to call electrician on both occasions. Curtains were not of good ambience.. there was no rack for keeping luggage.. house keeping service was slow and at times there was no response on the floor housekeeping no. Always had to call reception... The room was actually of rs 4000 worth only..

The staff was super friendly. The wifi was great. The bed was comfortable. First time visit to India. It was just clean enough. Bedding was clean looking but didn’t smell nice and fresh. Everything quite dated. And run down. Windows were milky so we couldn’t see out. Construction going on until late at night. Would have been ok for one night but not for longer.

I always try and stay here while traveling to Mumbai. The staff is friendly and responsive. Location is perfect and the view to die for. Thank you for a great stay. Again

The view on the bay We had to pay an additional night for an early check-in; wi-fi not working; they would not collect the remainig of the breakfast in the room as the dining room was not available; toilette paper rarely available; we had to remind the staff several times to get something done; what they called a room for three was an additional mat on the floor. Stay away from this place
