The personnel was always super nice and helpful ? They had to change my reservation a few times and I got a nice upgrade that I was able to keep for a couple of weeks. The facilities are very clean and the one bedroom is quite large and comfy. The location is rather convenient, near two tram stops and very close to the "Halles de Bacalan" which looks like a traditional covered market but in fact features many different food and drinks booths. Nothing!

The price was cheap, but I should have know better - you get what you pay for The premises were dirty, and the apartment smelled of sewage. The odor was so intense I almost vomited in the shower.

The proximity to the Quais and to the Halles de Bacalan. Two tram stations within 5 minutes of walking distance. The personnel always nice, informative and helpful. The size of the room was quite small this time, I should have asked earlier for a larger one.

Location is fantastic. Right by the cute du vin and a great indoor street food centre. Parking was limited to an expensive multi storey.

Great location. Clean and tidy. Quiet. Great facilities. Organised 3am taxi that was bang on time. Bigger breakfast choice, but I'm being greedy.

Really good facilities and accommodating staff. Parking must be pre-booked. We were lucky to catch a very helpful receptionist who sorted this out for us after hours.

Great location, overall excellent value for money and the staff were all really helpful It didn’t impact our stay, but the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable at all.

Towels were changed daily and bin emptied in room. Had to go across to Moxy hotel for a takeaway coffee. A coffee vending machine in reception would be a good idea.

Beds were big clean and comfortable. The room has a kitchenette with everything even a dishwasher. Shower was great!!! Plenty of clean towels l Is not 4/5 stars but very good value for money. Lift was out of order from one day to next.

Very convenient location, near tram and Halles de Bacalan as well as Cité du Vin. Great staff, nice and professional. Comfortable bed and great shower. Quiet location. Some lack of communication to start with regarding the weekly cleaning (as I extended my stay) but it was worked out ?

The accomodation was perfect for our family. The location was great close to lots of cultural attractions and to transport into the city. Everything was spotlessly clean and functional. Staff were great and we are sure to come back

location, good value for money, and comfortable room. We had a storm at night. The window started leaking water onto the floor. The staff on duty didn't know what to do. He gave me one piece of floor towel to wipe the water, which wasn't enough. Luckily, it stopped at night. We were too tired to move to another room.
