It was very clean and the breakfast (extra cost) was excellent. The main complaint was that the air con only kicked in when the temperature was over 25 degrees so we could not cook the bedroom down. It was unpleasantly hot all night. The bedroom was very small (but the bed was comfortable) and the bathroom was tiny. A large person would have difficulty using the toilet!

Amazing value. I can’t believe anyone could complain. Yes the room is cozy but it had so many great amenities for the price. Free coffee and espresso in the lobby all day! Free water and candy ! They brought our bags up and let us store them as we were a bit early We had the attic room 401 we had 2 twin and a queen bed plenty of room for 3 of us Everyone working the desk was friendly and helpful Great value. Amazing location we walked around late at night felt very safe. Beds were very cozy. Ac worked really well. We did not take breakfast as we had to leave early. na

Location is perfect, staff are really nice It genuinely just seemed like it needed a big clean and a bit of touch ups. There was a very odd smell, the walls and doors in the room were stained and a bit dirty snd there was mold around the AC unit hardware.

Staff were lovely and helpful. The bed was soo comfortable best sleep we have had in a while. Central location and air conditioning was perfect in the heat. Only thing missing was a fridge really needed for my medication and as weather was soo hot it would have helped with water and juice.

Greatest location ever, in the center of the city Nice staff Water, tea and coffee provided in every room Great window view Rooms are not clean. There was a thick layer of dust underneath a bed. And it never disappeared during a 3-day stay.
