Excellent value for money, super clean, comfortable and really friendly staff. We enjoyed the breakfast, and made use of the underground car park which was convenient for a stop over in a lovely city - the hotel is near a tram station, and an easy walk into beautiful Bordeaux. The shower could have been a bit more powerful, but that's the only thing!

The service was so great. Everyone went out of their way to go above and beyond to make our stay as nice as possible. The wet room shower nearly flooded but it was okay

Compact but comfortable room with good air conditioning and amenities. Very helpful & friendly staff on reception. The lack of coat hangers in the bedroom was problematic and only one towel per person, no hand towels was an issue.

Good choice continental breakfast fresh and enjoyed by all family, reception and bar staff helpful and friendly, tram stop outside hotel very convenient 6 euros for day pass, and convenient for airport transfers.spar shop near hotel, hotel on outskirts of city but only 20 minute walk, and 5 mins on tram, loved Bordaux city , and wine tasting, would hope to return ,Thank you,vMerci Gluten free options in some restaurant, otherwise loved it all
