It is very central. The staff were wonderful, particularly the gentleman at reception whose name unfortunately did not note The breakfast buffet was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nothing

Excellent room, great bed and loved the bath. The pool on the ground floor was a little too small though Nothing really , other than the outside space and pool being too small

Excellent location, friendly, helpful staff who assisted with restaurant recommendations and reservations and sightseeing tips. Huge comfortable bed and well appointed room. Nothing.

Location apart from roadworks preventing access to the reception with vehicle but that will not last long. Only concern was poor A/C performance in our room which was a challenge with ambient temps in excess of 40c.

Great central location to explore Bordeaux and the pool was a welcome place to cool off. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our air conditioning didn’t work very well so we were hit at night and had trouble sleeping.

Central location and friendly staff I think it was overpriced and not I was expecting. It was certainly not 5 stars as advertised. The breakfast was poor and very expensive….. 33 euros per person for a simple continental breakfast.

Beautiful suite with patio and hot tub. Very nicely appointed and useable for two groups in two bedrooms. Location was amazing as were the common rooms of the hotel The shower was the bomb but a bit complicated. Would have been great to have a cutting board. That is about the only things I can see to resolve.
