Loved the communal kitchen

Location is convenient The bed and the oreiller is too much soft, not comfortable for the neck and back

Nicely located. Easy access to public transportation. Hotel was clean and comfortable. There are plenty of food nearby.

I liked that the hotel aesthetic was bright and cheerful. Our room was so stuffy… I went down to the reception to check and they said it’s a ‘centralized’ aircon and we can’t adjust the temperature in the room. They offered me a standing fan which did little to cool the room down. After a night of tossing and turning, I went down again to the reception to check and asked if a staff can come up to see what’s wrong (as the common areas were much cooler than the room, and if it’s a centralized thermostat, the temperature should be consistent everywhere). Well no one bothered to come help, instead they showed me a piece of paper with a picture of the aircon control in the room and said to make sure it’s in the settings as shown (which is already was). By then I was too frustrated to keep asking for assistance and checked out the next day. Also note that the room is TINY. The pictures online were probably taken with a wide angle camera lens. In reality, imagine half the walking space than the pictures spaces.

Conviennent to the train station, and easy walk into town, quiet, secure storage for bikes, helpful staff, safe and modern environment, communale kitchen clean and equipped well

The staff is the best. I like the atmosphere there and the kitchen is well set. The place is a bit far from the tram station for a family. If I were traveling alone, I wouldn't complain at all.

Close to train station with friendly staff Location overall was not great, while near the train station, it was in the wrong direction from anywhere good and the neighborhood was a little sketchy with a long walk to desirable areas

The staff were very helpful and friendly, giving great restaurant recommendations and sights to see. Its modern, clean and spacious.

Air conditioning was a big relief on a hot summer day. Good breakfast offered and short distance to the train station. The twin bed was a little narrow but adequate.

Fantastic location. Fast checking in and out.

Nice hotel with nice staff. Having to pay extra to have your luggage stored when we arrived early. Although it is always up to you, when you book, to check the location, it didn't look like the safest at night.

Facilities were good. Relaxed atmosphere. Simple bar area with pool table and darts to kill a few minutes. Staff were helpful. Location was ideal for access to the train station but the surrounding area itself isn’t great, a little run-down in places. Bit of a walk to the good bar/restaurant area.

Staff were very friendly . They were helpful and able to assist me with luggage storage (which was the only need that I asked of them). Breakfast was great, hotel was clean and comfortable.
