Perfect location. Beautiful property! Awesome staff. Rooms were beautiful with a view. Breakfast was incredible! Awesome, awesome, awesome! Charging for cafe at the bar in the morning.

The room was spacious, equipped with the cot bed for my baby. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately 2 school groups came during our stay and we could sleep well during the nights. They kept waking up my daughter because of the noises. We booked this hotel because they claim to have a play area for babies, unfortunately this area is located at -1 floor without heating. It was cold and poorly illuminated and not guarded. Teenagers were running inside this area while my baby was trying to play and we had to leave to keep her safe.

Location is perfect, few minutes walking from historical center. Rich breakfast buffet and good clean room. Dedicated bike room was great for our trip.

Baiti Clementi was exceptional! Tucked into the centre of a postcard town, this hotel had incredible views of the mountains from the room, character, charm, an amazing breakfast with so many options, wonderful staff and a was a short 5 minute walk to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here so much! Would definitely book here again!

Good and secure access to the garage to park motorbikes Evening meal is a set menu. Also, there are no listed allergens on any food options. I would have expected a hotel with this star rating to provide suitable foods to cater for the major allergens.
