Miramonti Park Hotel

The lady on check in wasn't helpful or friendly. Allocated rooms contrary to what we booked - ie we had booked two different rooms and I did ask on check in to make sure we got the right ones as set out on trade me - one for the couple and the other for the single. We swapped amongst ourselves after arriving at our rooms. We also weren't informed of the location for breakfast or given any other facility advice. We had to ask at a later time. Breakfast staff and other reception staff were fine - just the one having a bad time.

Great staff, saunas, rooms and amazing location We good half board and the food was not that good. Breakfast it is great, but dinner all meat dishes were not for my taste. However pastas were good.

Really great all around: easy check-in with two parking options (one paid one free), very nice rooms (both the size of of the room and appeared recently renovated) and meals were high quality. Bike / ski storage room on site. Spa was lovely, as was balcony in room overlooking grounds. Close into town as well. N/A this hotel met all expectations

Staff members are doing a great job! Roman at the Front Desk was extremely helpful. He provided excellent service and very useful recommendations. The lady who arranged the breakfast (I forgot her name) was very professional quick, patient, and friendly. By the way, the breakfast here is absolutely amazing. SPA! Nice and clean! Absolutely recommend! Some small details could be improved. There are many exposed nails in the sauna bench, which makes it uncomfortable during the session, and the nails in the sauna headrest are quite sharp and could easily cause injury. Also, the towel holder in the room doesn’t serve its purpose, and the hairdryer doesn’t work properly.

First of all, the best breakfast. The room was very comfortable and with a great view.

The hotel room was very clean and the staff satisfied all of our demands. Dinner was incredibly delicious and breakfast too.

‏the restaurant stuff was not as friendly as the should. ‏the food was way below average, over priced, and if that's not enough, we were charged more than we should. The room with balcony though was great and even had coffee machine.

Great beds and pillows in different hardness levels, it was possible to visit the spa after check-out between 10:30 and 15:00 hours, there is a wonderful wood-fired outside sauna with panoramic views and a nice indoor pool. The included breakfast was plentiful, even thought there were not very many vegan options. More vegan options at the breakfast buffet

The pool and spa were at an extra cost after 3 pm. We arrived after 3 pm but were looking forward to relaxing in the pool area. In our 3 week visit in Italy this was the first time there was a charge. I don't think that this hotel was comparable to some of the other 3 and 4 star hotels that we have stayed at.

The location was perfect! The staff was very helpful I like feather pillows and they had foam. I didn’t ask for different pillows so I don’t know if they have them. I believe they would have tried if I had asked.

Great location. Walking distance to the main street in Bormio. Great Breakfast. Very clean. Rooms were spacious. Wood burning finish sauna. Parking was tight at times though they always were able to get us a spot. Couldn't use a credit card to hold the reservation. The gym could have been opened longer. It closes at 3P.M. Jacuzzi hours were limited too.

You have to book in advance to eat dinner in the restaurant. Was not aware of that, so we had to find dinner elsewhere Not to friendly and serviceminded staff in the reception..

Probably the room given to us was without the balcony but it is always good to have one ...

Gennaro is a the heart of the Breakfast and dining room, he really made the effort to make us welcome. Dining Menu at the restaurant changes everyday, is really good and value for money too, very hard not to over eat. The use of the spa before 3pm was very welcomed addition to our stay. For a cyclist all possible facilities were available. Massage by Michaela was spot on! For a property rated to this level and having no AC was little inconvenient. Our room was not soundproof to the corridor, the cyclists clip shoeing could be heard clearly.

Secure parking for our motorbikes in an underground garage for an extra fee
