Copley Square Hotel, a FOUND Hotel

Perfect location for exploring Boston! The rooms and amenities are a little outdated (peeling paint in the bathtub, no coffee maker in the room), but it's charming, clean, and the staff was lovely.

We paid the $65 for the valet parking which was good but valet couldn’t drive a stick so we had to park our own car

you get what you pay for, it's a budget hotel.

This is just not a four star hotel sadly. The hotel itself could retain its charm while being sufficiently updated so that carpets are thoroughly cleaned/replaced, bathrooms are cleaned of mold and mildew, and overall just higher quality furnishings and hotel details. I think the staff does what they can, but a land lord special only holds up for so long! There’s no excuse for layering paint on paint (landlord special style) to cover up wear and tear, and the smell of the mildew is pervasive which is a sign of needing a major update. We had a hard time even breathing and getting sufficient circulation in the room. Luckily we were able to leave the second night, but I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s too expensive for how poorly maintained it is, and I’m not talking about just what housekeeping can do, they’re doing what they can! This is on the landlords and owners

Very small room and basics

Loved our stay! It was historical yet updated.

The staff was super nice and helpful with storing our luggage ahead of check-in and directing us to the airport shuttle in the morning. The room was nice, it was just super small and hard to have your suitcases open and open the door. Also the bathroom door didn't shut all the way. The bed was a double, but felt extra small as well for two people.

Air condition was out and noise level on fan was insane.

The location of this hotel was great, easy access to restaurants, shopping etc. The room could use a deep clean and showing signs of wear particularly in the bathroom.

The hotel is very charming. My first experience with the friendly staff was with Claudia at check-in and that was just the beginning of how awesome they all were. The location of the hotel is perfect right in the center of things. My room was comfortable in the bed was great. For its price point in that location I would stay there many times over.

The reception lady when I arrived was rude I don't recommand this hotel

Perfect for a one night stay, only what you need setup for a solo traveler.

Very happy with our choice. Excellent location in Back Bay for the price. My only advice is to check the room size. While we had a large room, I saw that some rooms on the 1st floor looked like they only had room for a bed. But 5 Stars from Us!!
