The location was right next to the subway, central location, big room for our family of 5 and the staff were fantastic!

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and orderly. Loved having fresh water in the lobby to fill water bottles before heading out to explore the city. Quick walk to Back Bay station. Great location!

I booked a reservation thur your organization for the first and last time. You moved my hotel to Downtown Boston without telling me before I arrived at 8:00pm on 8/4/2026. I was in Boston to see a specialist Doctor. You completely ruined my entire schedule by moving me accross town. So I never stayed at Copely Square, I was at Marriott on Tremount Street Downtown. You over booked Copely Square. This entire reservation cost me over $200.00 in taxis to get me to the right places for my scheduled appt. NEVER AGAIN Im requesting a deposit of my room charges. Excellent Location & friendliness of receptionists. Staff was very professional & responsive to complaints, technician sent to room immediately. Ceiling in bathroom leaked under heavy rain & tiles of shower floor were loose.

Spacious If I wanted to continue the same hotel the extension is a big problem...

Hotel is in a great location however the rooms are dirty and old. The bathrooms and the rooms need a renovation badly. The double pull out bed does NOT exist. Instead you’ll get a chair that pulls out into a twin so you’ll need to purchase an air mattress if you’re traveling with 6 people. Super deceiving on that.

Room was clean and hotel was convenient to our plans. Check in and check out were challenging with mobility issues.

Close to restaurants and shopping. Able to park car. All within walking distance. Desk Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean For the cost there was no continental breakfast.

The suite was large enough for a family of five.
