Excellent customer service! Looking forward to staying here again.
-
Wonderful hotel just expected a little more variety with room service options especially for young children or food allergies but hotel itself and staff were fantastic.

Door staff were super friendly and beds were comfortable. Our suite was spacious with a nice view. WiFi issues, cleanings were never done until late afternoon when we would come back from our day. Property is a bit dated and needs some upgrades.
-
It’s a good hotel overall. The rooms could definitely use a little renovation—they feel a bit worn out, and the carpets have some stains. The hotel staff is great, though, and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I wish all hotels had the same standards as the Elliott, very nearly perfect.

Location good Very tired. Rooms in need of a major refurbishment. Bedroom and suite carpets tired, shabby and soiled. Bathroom extremely small. Shower very poor, small space and antiquated . Shower curtain not good in a shower. Air filter in shower filthy. Bedroom door very hard to open. Safe on a very high shelf I had to climb on the bed to check it was empty. No residents lounge .

Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special, and we truly appreciated the wonderful hospitality. We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay at The Eliot again. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent location to Fenway, Newbury Street, and the Public Garden. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
-
The location on Commonwealth Ave. is perfect for local attractions and restaurant and is wonderful for being able to take strolls on the central walkway of the avenue. The staff was very accommodating, and the room itself was beautiful and very comfortable. Additionally, by staying at the Eliot Hotel, we were able to make breakfast reservations at the Harvard Club immediately next door which was a treat in itself with a beautiful dining room in an historic setting. Should we return to Boston there is no question that we would stay at the Eliot Hotel again.

Super friendly staff. Easy valley parking. Combo room was perfect for our family of 5.

Beautiful hotel in a great part of town.

Stayed in Boston for a night that included visiting the Capital Grille to partake in their Generous Pour promotion. Eliot Hotel is perfectly situated between the commercial areas of Newbury and Boylston Streets, the gentility of Commonwealth Avenue and the action at Fenway Park. We had a delightful double room on the 3rd floor with an excellent bathroom.

The location is excellent, and the staff were welcoming, attentive, and efficient throughout our stay. Special thanks to the door men / bell staff, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and overall we were very pleased with it. However, despite the generous room size, the bathroom felt quite cramped, particularly the shower, which was uncomfortably small. Unacceptable. The bed was also shorter than expected. At 6 feet tall, I would not consider myself particularly tall, yet my feet extended beyond the end of the bed.
