Location Bed was uncomfortable, room phone for room service not working.

Rooms were a good size Room wasn’t very clean, hairdryer blew two wall sockets

Location, and comfy bed. Some staff were friendly and professional others not so. Free parking. Buffet Breakfast was poor - it had obviously been sat there some time with skin on the beans and egg. Boiled eggs were grey. However, the fresh options were appreciated. Issues with key cards and getting in and out of rooms.

The bar staff were really lovely and the reception staff was very welcome after we came back from the Bristol hot air balloon festival. We checked in late with three children and there were very nice. The bathroom floor was quite slippery

Prime location, one step away from the mall. We stayed with our 1.5 year-old toddler and had a great time here. The staffs were very kind, friendly and professional. They love kids. The room was spacious, wide windows. The air-con makes us not want to leave the room since heatwave hits outside. It cools down so good, very comfortable. We cancelled our plan just to hide in here. The shower water pressure was comfortable. They provide empty glass bottle for each room, cold water dispenser and lovely apple basket on each floor. The corridor smells so nice and clean. We aware before book that it has no fridge but we wish it had one.

Exceptional

The location of the hotel was excellent and really easy to get to. The food in the chophouse restaurant was good. They could have given parking instructions before arrival, as you have to go out and move the car to the multi story car park. The floors needed hoovering, there were used ear buds and tissues in the corridor leading to the room. The mattress was old and lumpy, and the pillows flat and uncomfortable. I was unable to sleep due to the discomfort.

Location Not able to contact reception for things like getting some cups in the room. There is no board at the main gate. The property can be easily missed. The rooms were not cleaned properly. I was called that a new room would be given to me as I had book the accessibility room and someone needed it. When I went I was told no that was not the case. Why was I not informed. Parking is a big mess. Need to tell the receptionist every time we take the car out.

Good location, clean, friendly staff. On arrival we were given an upgrade, the room had 2 double beds, the issue was one of the beds was absolutely terrible, the mattress had sunk in the middle and was pretty unusable. It's the last thing you expect when paying for accomodation for over 230 pounds
