Great location and dog friendly. The breakfast is buffet style and often choice is limited as a vegetarian

The location was ideal as it was super easy to get to and close to everything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with an amazingly comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious with great timing, and the staff were exceptional and welcoming from start to finish! Struggled a bit with the air conditioning; the room got quite cold, and after turning it off and opening the window, the AC automatically switched back on a few times on its own.

The rooms are lovely and the breakfast was also great The staff were very inexperienced. There were no dog water bowls for the room (we paid £15 extra for our furry friend) and it was beyond them to solve this issue. A fellow guest suggesyed they hive us a breakfasy bowl! Also, we received vouchers for cocktails- a lovely touch. Myself and my daughters chose virgin mojitos. The barman did explain that these weren't included, but we decided to treat ourselves. The barman then proceeded to mix up an unholy concoction of peppermint and limes cordial (no fresh lime or mint AT ALL) and the result was undrinkable. When we complained and asked for a replacement soft drink, the barman was rude - wouldn't taste the drink as he 'knew what it tasted like' and so we had to pay £21 for 3 disgusting drinks. This was very annoying.

Location, near Cabot Circus and bus route. Nice 'urban' vibe, nice and relaxed. Good breakfast and as I was doing Eastville parkrun, was able to have a light breakfast about 7am and then another snack when I got back. Room was very quiet, and comfortable, particularly as I was at the end of the corridor, was cleverly designed and had everything I needed. Room had hanging space, but no storage drawers. Recommend using packing cubes and then that's not a problem. A bit of a way from the old town and centre, but frequent bus service was good.
