I loved being in Brookline away from downtown but easily accessible with the T right outside the hotel. Also, not too far a walk to Fenway after a game and within 15 minute walk of some great food options--you can go out towards Coolidge Corner or in towards downtown and have great Asian options near St. Mary's street.

It's generally a nice place to stay safe, clean and a decent price for Boston. This trip my room was around 80F for 3 days. This left me spending time in the lobby when I needed to work. Thankfully the temperature in my room was 10-15 degrees hotter than it was outside so I had someplace to go. I reported it maintenance tried to fix it and could not. When they could not fix it, they gave me a fan and no option to change rooms. Said they were going to note that the problem was reported and a problem for multiple days and that they would charge me less but that did not happen.

Checking took 40 minutes Continental breakfast was discussing. Old cheese and stale begals. No protein at all

Parking super easy and reasonable. Walk out front lobby to Green Line trains.. Perfect location.

When we arrived at the hotel there was only one person working at the front desk, with a very long line of guests waiting to check in. The wait appeared as though it would have taken close to two hours, so we ultimately decided to leave and return after attending our concert. When we returned later that evening, the check-in experience was also extremely disappointing. The woman working at the front desk took approximately 45 minutes to find us a clean room. During that time, there was no apology, explanation, or offer of any kind of accommodation for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, when we finally entered the room, it did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There were soap wrappers left on the floor, among other things, and the room did not meet our expectations for cleanliness. It honestly left us questioning whether the room had been hastily cleaned or turned over just before we were given access to it. On top of the cleanliness issue, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly.

I booked for 2 nights and the first night the AC was not working properly. They said they will put a maintenance the next morning but came back after a long day outside and the AC wasn't fix. Called again and they kept saying they will send somebody. Just ended up having two fans. Honestly the worst experience.

I went to the desk a 3rd time, unfortunately all they could do was to offer fans. They were completely booked and had no other rooms available. They did say they would remove a convenience fee? from our stay but idk if it happened. We were moving our daughter into college so it was a bit chaotic, I didn’t have time to go to the desk a 4th time. I should have demanded they move us immediately before others checked in, instead of giving them time to try fixing it. Then again it would have been another paying guest in an 78 degree room. Unfortunately this was the 3rd time we stayed here and each time has been a slightly worse experience than the last. The staff was pleasant, I know this isn’t their fault but still disappointed.

Great place neat Fenway and near a subway station.

There was a stain on the bed in the first room received. However when I bought it to the staffs attention, they quickly found me another room.

We stayed here for one night while visiting Boston for a Red Sox game at Fenway Park, and everything was great! The hotel was a perfect choice for our trip, and we had a comfortable stay. We’d definitely stay here again when visiting Boston. Highly recommend!

Room was bigger than expected and clean. Breakfast is a great addition when you don't have time to look for a restaurant. Walkable distance from Fenway and some restaurants around.

Good location, pleasant staff. The air conditioning unit couldn't seem to cope with the number of guests in a family room so it got very stuffy. Room lighting in the family room was limited; it lacked main overhead lights so it was dark. Continental breakfast was poor. Limited options (e.g. no pastries, or meats). A small number of boiled eggs which once they ran out weren't restocked. All served on single use plates and with plastic cutlery which isn't sustainable.
