the food is great and the bar staff was wonderful.

My only major inconvenience was that the shuttle only runs Monday-Friday and stops at 6pm. I have mobility issues so even though it was only 0.5 miles to the hospital, that is more than I can walk regularly. I can live with the stop time, but it would have been better if it ran on weekends

Everything was great except for the breakfast. It was pathetic… stale bread, toaster was bad, rest of the food was very minimal. Not worth the price that they are charging. Get a sandwich outside for 1/5 th the price.

Clean, great staff, spacious lobby!

Rooms are clean and modern, only drawback was not great shower pressure. Location is very good with access to T station (green line D) only 2blocks away and in nice neighborhood. Only parking is valet @ 45 per night but that’s very reasonable for Boston hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions. Would stay there again for a visit to Boston.

Clean room (4 instead of 5 stars in this category due to hallways), pleasant staff. Convenient to multiple eating establishments (Lots under a half a mile, many more if you expand to a mile. Of particular note - Jamie’s Ice Cream Co is about a block and a half away. (cut through to the T station, cross the tracks and street and turn left) was VERY good home-made ice cream. Negative. Pricey (but maybe it is average for the area.) A bit noisy at night due to proximity to the street. Perhaps a room on the "back" would have been quieter. "Postage stamp" pool is useless. Breakfast was very poor value for price (18.50 each). Ran out of milk for cereal. "breakfast potatoes" were under-cooked/raw. Bacon was limp and undercooked. Ran out of decaf coffee. Service was mediocre. (Attentive at the beginning, but ignored after that. Had to find the wait staff and ask for the bill.) Overall a very negative experience. We were in the hotel for 4 mornings, We went elsewhere for the other three. BTW, the Google ratings for every other restaurant in the immediate area were 4*'s and up. Punch Bowl got a three (and I can't see it getting that much) Additional factor in my rating. I am tired of everybody starting "ratings" at 5. "Meets expectations" should be a 3. Extra effort is a 4. Exceptional value is the only thing that gets a 5.

The Staff were amazing!

The location is awsome , Bus stand is walking distance and Brookyn village is opposite. Restaurants are 10 mins away if you pick up a bus . They don't provide room lockers. Which is basic for international travellers. Hilton has not paid my security money if 400 USD back. I have mailed multiple times and yet no money in here it's almost 2 months now.

Felt comfortable here and convenient to the local neighborhood I wanted. Basically have to valet park here, not many options. Walkable to T and restaurants. Felt safe but I would ask hotel about sketchy areas fairly close to avoid. Gave us a handicapped room with a shower that basically got the entire bathroom wet, that was weird. Had an air purifier that was noisy but worked well to combat the humidity. Great restaurant with nice patio seating right on a green belt, would be very pet friendly.

RIPOFF - WE WERE FORCED TO PAY FOR VALET PARKING $45 - NO MENTION WAS MADE OF THIS FACT - WE WERE TOLD BY THE FRONT DESK THAT IF WE PARKED ON THE STREET - WE WOULD BE TOLD. THIS IS ANTI CONSUMER - AND I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN RIPOFF - WE WERE FORCED TO PAY FOR VALET PARKING $45 - NO MENTION WAS MADE OF THIS FACT - WE WERE TOLD BY THE FRONT DESK THAT IF WE PARKED ON THE STREET - WE WOULD BE TOLD. Location, comfortable beds and good sized rooms Markups left and right. $18 bad buffet breakfast, $50 parking. Poor customer service. Unaccommodating. If you were bleeding in the hotel lobby they’d probably charge you $5 for a bandaid.
