Breakfast was kind of lacking, no vegetables at all. But other than that everything was great

The ac in our first room wasn't working and they moved us to a different room with a working ac. It was very conveniently located near Brigham women which is why we were in town. The bed was very firm and I woke up sore. The pillows were flat.

Comfortable hotel stay. Safe area. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable, shower and room were clean! We had a suite because we had a large group (8 with infant). Nice kitchen equipped with everything you would need for cooking. Dunkin Donuts right down the street. Close to the T so you can get to Fenway easily on the Green Line. The price was appropriate for the type of room and the area. Had a small convenience shop by the check in counter, a bar in the evenings and breakfast in the morning. Downside: eggs weren't great at breakfast. We had to keep asking for a pack and play for the entire first day until midnight when they finally told us they couldn't find it (different shifts of staff, probably someone else was using it-we had our 4 grandkids), Most importantly, they don't have parking for oversized (tall vehicles). I asked if they had other parking available, but they did not and couldn't offer other options. If you need Oversized parking (Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit) request a permit for the Kent-Webster visitor lot. $10 parking for overnight, $2.00 application fee. Meter pay between 8am to 8pm. Open parking lot with a spot in the back in front of pine tree. Overall, great stay!!

I’m in Boston often and when I have to stay over this is my number one pick Staff is welcoming pleasant and makes me feel at home The staff that runs the breakfast room are all very accommodating and couldn’t be nicer
