We loved the Hotel. Our room and the entire hotel was very nice. Highly recommend. Great location

The location was great. The room was nice. The parking was close by and underground. The staff were kind & helpful. I didn't like that at 7am or earlier there was construction happening right outside the window - they must be renovating the property. There was no warning about that. The room was on the smaller side for the cost.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff always attentive and helpful. The room was hot as the weather was hot. We had a fan but it didn't keep up with the heat in the room.

Unbelievably spectacular view of the canal! Lovely cleaning staff. Cumbersome entry and exit after hours. Spartan room.

location was about 200 metres from the main square was easy walk from the train station about 1 km. The room was comfortable and had a nice view of a canal. The staff were accomodating and helpful. i would stay at the hotel again

This is an old building, so you're likely to hear noise from other rooms. Although it's signposted, the elevator is difficult to find.

Some construction going on but didnt bother us

The bar next door, and it was clean. The room looked nothing like the pictures. Very small, only windows looked out onto a light well that had a window to the public hall so you couldn’t open the blinds. And they only opened from the top so no fresh air. Hotel was right smack in the middle of a super touristy street with at least 7 or 8 chocolate stores. Easy walk to everything but very touristy crowded area.

Location, friend staff, comfortable bed Outdated furniture, old kettle for boiled water to make instant coffee, not working AC (had to move to another room), not working TV, poorly and inconsistently working Wi-Fi .

Location, ambiance, staff No air conditioning. It was a warm spell and the room never got below 76 degrees. There was a fan and the windows opened but that did not help much during the day. I would have had a nice view except for the scaffolding blocking it. The elevator was a little funky.

Spacious room with attractive furnishings The place is not ready for prime time! Construction in the stairwell, in the hallways, all over the place. Room just about ready but toilet flusher is fragile and about to break. It WILL be a great hotel but it’s not quite there yet.

Great location but under renovation We booked several months ago with another couple and when we arrived we were surprised that the hotel was under renovation as we had not been advised. Our room looked finished but looked bland as it felt a bit like a minimalist office, no view (tiny triangle of sky through the rooftop), no mirror in the bedroom, functional but boring furnishings. Building paraphernalia everywhere including in the lift and stairwell at times.

Remodeling but you asked

Hotel is under renovation, which it was a bit uncomfortable and dusty in the area we were staying.

Only instant coffee in room and not refilled next night. No coffee in lobby.

Location Very tired hotel

Very nice room, good breakfast buffet with very friendly staff. Location was great in the heart of historic Bruge and along the canal. We had breakfast every morning looking out over the canal.

Great location, aesthetically pleasing, beds were comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was good Ongoing construction was slightly off putting
