Clean and charming little hotel! All the staff is friendly and Amber at the front desk was really nice and helpful! Comfortable bed, good shower, quiet place and excellent breakfast in a beautiful dining room or on the terrace! The hotel is a 20-30 minute walk from the centre of Brugge but it’s in a lovely neighbourhood, by a canal. There’s a bus stop right across the street from the hotel if you don’t want to walk but we found it was a lovely walk to town. Bruges is a beautiful place!

We loved everything about this hotel. It´s in a beautifully restored building in the historic part of town, right next to a canal. The room was pretty large, very clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was great. The breakfast was outstanding, not just because of the high quality and variety of the food, but also because of the beautiful setting. We had our breakfast in the patio every day and I can´t think of a better way to start our day. We also loved the fact that it was close to all the sites, but far enough that it felt quiet. The staff were kind, accommodating, and helpful. We will absolutely be back if we are in Bruges again. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Helpful, friendly staff, beautiful location, if a bit far from city center. Breakfast was very good Room was exceedingly small, which is not shown in online pictures. The bathroom was, in particular, the smallest I've ever seen at a hotel (understandable given the age of the building). Showerhead was broken, and even after asking to have it fixed or replaced, it remained broken through the rest of our stay. Walls are thinner, allowing you to hear conversations and slamming doors outside of the room.

The property is charming and the breakfast is great!!! The staff was very accommodating. There is paid street parking out front but it is free from 8pm until 9 am. That was very convenient because we had to depart on the earlier side in the morning and moved our car from the free parking lot to close to the hotel to load up our bags. The staff also helped us with that little trick!!! We were originally assigned room 30 and it was very snug—the bathroom was very small. When leaving for a walk, we saw room 25 being cleaned—it was much larger. We asked if we could change our room and the accommodated us. Very nice staff!! Our second night there was very nice!! We will try again with the caveat that we do not book the very small room

A good breakfast with an excellent selection (especially the various types of fresh bread and small cheeses, and above all the real freshly squeezed orange juice); the room offered a great view and a brand-new bathroom. The parking at the property was extremely convenient. The only downside was that the bedroom windows could not be opened fully.

Quiet location about a 15 min walk to the central square which made for a peaceful stay. The hotel was beautiful with lovely rooms, breakfast space, and courtyard. We loved every corner! Nothing

Scaffolding. Room could have been larger with more luggage space.

The location , the comfort and cleanliness of the room If you make efforts to prepare home made elements like your own yoghurt, why are you wasting it with fruit juices not squeezed or fruits from industrial buckets ? It’s pity . It’s really painful as well that there isn’t anybody after 6 pm . I had no battery anymore with my phone and had to wait for asking assistance to …clients ! Price of the room is for me exagerated for a single person

I really liked the location, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast area was beautiful. We rented two rooms during our stay. The one on the top floor was really nice and newly renovated, while the room on the second floor was older but still decently updated. The heating system, however, seemed quite old and could benefit from some upgrading.

The communication with the staff was excellent. Once I made my online check in I received a digital key to access to the hotel and my room. This was amazing! The breakfast in the morning was good, and the croissants are delicious. Unfortunately the heating system in the room was a little bit noisy.

Location, staff and overall the whole place. We went for my girlfriend birthday, they helped me to get flowers for her waiting for us in the room.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. Recently it changed hands when the previous owners retired … it is still very good but we do miss the personal family touch. Having said that we will be back again! Friendly staff, good facilities (the new owner had upgraded the bathroom our room), good breakfast & lovely canal views. Private parking is also a plus. Nothing

The location was perfect! Far enough from the centre to be quaint and close enough to make it convenient!! We loved the walk along the canal to the centre! The staff were very welcoming and friendly - sharing their recommendations in the local area. The room was modern, comfortable and had everything you need. The breakfast facilities were excellent and I liked that you can pick your breakfast time slot! Would definitely recommend! Nothing - excellent stay!

This was our second time staying here and was just as perfect as the first time. Clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast lovely. We was there for the Christmas markets this time and the hotel is a nice short walk from where the events are. Nothing
