No aircon. GF room too hot during night to sleep well when it was 35C at daytime.

Great location, short walk to centre, dog friendly always a bonus. Parking was easy at underground 5 mins away, which had big parking spaces. No Aircon, only small fan and it was very hot.

the room was clean and spacious - the bathroom was lovely and location was fantastic just an odd smell from the drains in the bathroom but it was over 30degrees so that could have added to the drains smelling

Location is very good There were lot is mosquitoes in the room. The windows do not have cover, stuff opens the window and mosquitoes in the room. I couldn’t sleep until killed 5 10 of them

Location The room was nothing like what was advertised. We were given a very small attic room with a tiny window, and there isn’t a single photo of this room in the listing. The advertisement shows spacious, bright rooms with large windows and even mentions a city view. In reality, the window is so small and positioned so high that you’d need to be over 2 metres tall to see anything outside. Very disappointing, especially considering the price we paid for the room.

The hotel staff were friendly and were able to accommodate my check in time after I was delayed for an hour waiting for my luggage to show up at the airport due to the strike from Aviapartner at the time. The room was great for my needs, the pillows on the bed were heavy which I personally like and the mattress on the bed was great. It's perfect if you plan on visiting other parts of Belgium like Ghent and Leuven like I did due to the 10 minute walk to Brugge station. The mattress kept shifting off the edge of the bed whenever I slept on it Whenever I showed I kept hitting off the shower handle causing it to turn off or increase the temperature. I was on the 4th floor of the building and the WiFi quality there was not great, although I'm not sure what it's like in other parts of the hotel.
