My room had a fly in it that I could not get out. I did not understand how to use the thermostat to adjust the room temperature. The mattress was somewhat too hard for us.

Spent 2 nights at the hotel for a quick trip to Buffalo and Bryan Adams concert. Hotel staff was awesome, the restaurant staff specifically Carmen and Grace were fantastic. Highly recommend!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and very nice for the price. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area.

Only stayed one night, but nice hotel. Staff was great, in-hotel restaurant is very good. Room very quiet, interesting neighborhood with things to do without having to make a plan.

Great location attached to Key Bank Center and overlooking the Buffalo Harbor area. We attended a comedy show and had a great walk around the harbor in the morning. Beds were super comfortable and the coffee at Panorama on 7 is really good. Staff were helpful and friendly.
