This property is a wonderful place to stay in Buffalo. From the moment we arrived, the valet staff and front desk team were welcoming, helpful, and professional. Our room was spotless and cozy—perfect for me and my two teenage grandchildren. Even though the hotel was packed because of college move‑in week, the service never faltered. Breakfast was absolutely yummy, and the whole stay felt easy and enjoyable. We’ll be back for sure. Paying for parking

Clean and the Valle guy was great Check in is ok but when I wanted to check out I had to wait for the front desk personnel coz she was not there No drinking water in the room Microwave was defective Price was really high

Nice restaurant, and rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable and not loud from any outside traffic. Pool was ok, a little cold, and could have been maintained a bit better, but was nice to have.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.

The food was great! The lobby was so attractive. The room was spacious and beautiful. My room was partially dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned prior. There was sticky stuff and hair on the floor, spots on the mirror and feces on the shower curtain. The living room space had crumbs on the floor, there were no trash bags in the garbage cans. I also didn't like that there was no fitted sheet for the pull out bed. The re was clean. I also didn't like that I had to use valet parking. In the future I will not stay there again for that and the state of cleanliness in the room.

The room was fantastic. The attendant checking me in should take a class or two on cu a timer service. Also, prepaid room money is jist as good as wedding party money. A family of 3 should be given with the same customer service a large party.

The rooms were massive and awesome, especially since we were visiting good friends also staying there. The fresh made omelet station was amazing along with the plentiful breakfast to fuel our day! The coat was in our opinion for a Thursday night stay a bit of a hit at over $500 Canadian. It was nice but for $500, there should have been some more value add, like free valet. Something.

I loved the entrance and drop off area, I also love the fact that you need a valid keycard to get to certain floors. I also loved how clean each room felt. Lastly, I very much enjoyed and appreciated the complimentary drink that came with my reservation. Front desk was a very beautiful woman who was fully of smiles and helpful suggestions. I hate the body wash, body lotion, conditioner and shampoo system. It’s set up to wear a full size bottle of body wash, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner is available to each customer. So I’m practically sharing the same products as the previous customer. People are individuals and capable of doing whatever they want to do, so I felt disgusted of the idea of sharing the same bottles of body wash, body lotion, conditioner, and shampoo as someone who I’ve never met. I think it would be much more suitable to have small ounces of the products rather than each resident is sharing with the previous resident. Everything else was organized, clean and beautiful. But the shampoo conditioner, body wash, and lotion system they have, made it feel a little bit cheap and unsafe.

Decent, newly remodeled and good location. Staff was great but every time I'd go out, I'd have to stop by front desk to get a new key. The key would always demagnetize and I wasn't the only one. Other than that it was good.
