Holiday Inn Express & Suites Buffalo Downtown - Medical CTR by IHG

The room itself was clean the breakfast was okay the parking was horrible how can you have your customers Park two blocks away it makes no sense there's a parking lot right across the street why not rent some spots for your customers to park over there just doesn't make sense I will not stay here ever again.

We changed rooms to the third floor and got a little more water pressure in the shower but extremely low pressure in the bathroom sink. The rooms are dimly lit and the blinds didn’t work in both rooms we were in. We are not really morning people so we didn’t try the breakfast.

Upholstery & carpet needs to be steam cleaned on a regular basis; they were soiled with dirt & stains and the maid doesn’t vacuum every day either. Windows were fifty on the outside a lot of spider webs obstructing the view and I asked for a room with a view; only to get a view of garbage, a homeless man going through the garbage, spider webs & a parking lot. The windows need to be cleaned on a regular. There was also mold around the soap dish & ventilator; unacceptable mold is very toxic and the front desk was not very nice to me as an IGH member; I asked to extend my stay until 2pm, bc my ride was delayed and downtown Buffalo is a very dangerous area with drug addicts and homeless people; only to be given a hard time. On a good note breakfast was good, bed was very comfortable, room looked clean; however when the maid came; She didn’t wipe all surfaces, knobs, light switches, mirrors, T.V’s, phones, remotes & the glass doors had gross handprints; this is how germs spread and people get very sick. You guys need to do better for your guess & members; we pay a lot of money for quality service; not mediocre. My daughter attends UB and would like to stay again, but I don’t know if I would again.

If you need to park it’s about a 3 minute walk with your luggage , not convenient at all .

Stayed for 3 nights and had a great stay, location is really good for the free public metro and Free breakfast in morning was very good and a great way to start the day, Room was spacious and very well done!

Loved how big our room was and the layout. Had everything we needed. Conveniently located near the KeyBank Center for our concert. Very walkable. The only thing I didn’t like was that the A/C kept kicking on and off all night instead of the fan just staying on. It kept waking me up. The bed and pillows were super comfy though.

The room wasn’t very clean when we got there. The sheets for the sofa bed where dirty and we head to request clean ones. Staff didn’t speak much English so very hard to comunícate.
