The facilities were clean. The key card helps gain access to rooms, elevator, and also the doors after 8PM; I appreciated the security. The beds and pillows were comfy. The water pressure was great. The breakfast area had many seating options. Uber services made getting to Terminal B a breeze. The greeting on the TV screen was a nice welcoming touch. No complaints

Staff was friendly, great location, parking was easy and breakfast was awesome They did have to change our room from the original 1 bedroom king to a 2 bedroom queen without our permission

called prior to booking and was told i could have a 3pm checkout and he would cost $50. i agreed to that and booked. 2 days later I checked in and was denied the 3pm checkout and was told by hotel staff that reservations doesn’t know their rules. unfortunately for them i called and talked directly to hotel staff. would not of stayed here only did for check out. Beds are like bricks. pool and hot tub nice. Breakfast is worth missing.

We had fun the pool was clean the staff was really nice we didn't have any problems That i had to pay for parking in a parking lot and wasn't told about it until after I checked out and got my deposit back 20 dollars per car for overnight parking at a hotel that im paying to stay is diabolical if theh would have told me I had to pay 20 per car to park in the hotel parking lot I would if found somewhere else to park for free.
