Spacious comfortable room and friendly helpful staff. Just wish there were on-site parking, but otherwise an excellent high-value stay.

So I’d have to say everything was great. The one thing that was above and beyond the best was the staff especially Sarah she was amazing. She was the overnight one and the lady from the morning. I don’t know if her name was Debbie or not every single person was so helpful there and we only had one thing that fell through, which was the shuttle, but the staff was so great with directions and how they told us how to catch the train all that that it actually was easier probably to do it. That way we made it to the event on time. It was just great. Everything was great. I would definitely love to stay there again.

Very nice staff, super clean room. Overall, very comfortable stay.

Hotel is older but fairly well maintained. Room was a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness. Bathroom door knobs had a white substance on them (maybe a cleaning agent?) and it was obvious that other surfaces hadn’t been wiped down/cleaned recently. There was also hair left in the shower and on the toilet. Otherwise the room was fine. Bed was a little hard, but linens were clean and pillows were comfortable. Overall it was sufficient for an overnight stay .

Super friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Very comfortable bed and quiet room. The hot and cold breakfast buffet was great! Fitness center was great! Mario gave me a shuttle to the train station early in the morning, he was very personable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The front desk staff (female) was absolutely the best!

Polite staff and valet were excellent and professional. Clean room, although left a good tip for cleaning and asked for extra towels. No extra towel. Perfect stay otherwise.

Valet parking and a shuttle were game changers! The blond front desk lady was amazing and offered many suggestions for food and things to do! She was warm and welcoming!
