What I liked was that the room was adequately clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was wide open with many tables spread around. It would have been a better experience if the closet in the room was maintained well and organized. Breakfast could have included more choices of items.

This was not our first time staying here and it will not be our last. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel welcome.

The hotel and room were clean and the continental breakfast was very nice, but if you're just a regular traveler, the inconvenience of the parking sitch isn't worth it.

Great staff, nice breakfast, convenient parking, it was a great stay for us to visit Buffalo museums and see the yearly Allentown Art Festival.

Room was very comfortable with all amenities. Housekeeping requests were serviced quickly. Complimentary breakfast included pancakes. There is no onsite parking as it is a busy area surrounded by hospitals. Valet is $25 per day and it takes them 10 mins to bring in the car each time. Parking in that area in general was extremely inconvenient.

Hotel stays in Buffalo were surprisingly expensive for the weekend we traveled recently, so we went with the Wyndham because it was the most affordable option with fairly decent reviews. The staff was very kind and helpful when needed. We loved Charlie at the bar! The bed was comfortable, and the room was a good size for my husband and me as well as our two-year-old. The included breakfast was a great and easy option, especially with a toddler (also because there is nothing else close by.) The room was clean, but dated. The bathroom was small but the hot water and pressure were great. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke (like I actually think someone may have been smoking up there) but thankfully our room did not smell that way. The in-unit fridge was a good size and it was nice to have a microwave. Shared spaces were all clean and well-maintained. Valet was quick and easy. Overall, our stay was good and I would recommend if you are looking for a semi-affordable, no frills option in Buffalo.

Make sure you don’t miss the free breakfast. It is surprisingly good. There is not much close by outside for eating.

Excellent breakfast. Good sized room. Convenient location. My only criticism is the parking situation: you have to pay one way or another.

Staff were very friendly and it was a decent stay overall. We did have some black ants in our room which was a little annoying, specifically in the restroom.
