Very good

We booked the suite on the top floor, it was everything we wanted and more. The views were amazing from every angle. Good size living room, bedroom and bathroom and massive outside terrace. The downside is that there's cracks appearing on the outside walls on the corners, needs a bit of tlc on the outside. The staff in the hotel were amazing, so friendly and the location was very good to either walk into Cala Bona or walk the other way to Cala Millor. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by. We enjoyed Gaby's and the Waterfront for drinks and food, very close to the hotel, would highly recommend. The area where the food is served gets clogged with people queuing and there's really no room to queue. The dining room was constantly running out of plates for all courses. There was never enough cups or cutlery, constantly having to ask for more. We didn't like the food at all. It was cold and overdone. Although the eggs in the morning were the opposite, they were undercooked, couldn't eat them. The new bar/restaurant area is overpriced and under-used. We booked the hotel for the entertainment as we go to Cala Bona every year and really enjoyed the Atolon's entertainment, there was a great atmosphere, but there's no entertainment or atmosphere now. We wouldn't return because of the dining experience and the lack of entertainment.

Exceptional

We had a very pleasant stay at hotel Atolon. The hotel is medium size, clean, pool is situated next to the sea, with small but comfortable rooms (I do not know what more than bed, bathroom, refrigerator, table and closet you will need) and perfect meals in the morning and in the evenings. We had a wide offer of meals and everything what we tried was delicious. Personnel in the hotel is always ready to help you. Cala Bona is also a very nice place where to stay. Food and the stuff made our stay unforgettable.

The pool area was lovely and the food was good, especially the evening meal, amazing starters and desserts. The bedroom was very disappointing and basic. Only 2 drawers between 2 adults and a very small wardrobe space.

The food was great, fresh and delicious!

The sea view room was nice. Breakfast were good and dinners were nice. You got the impression that the staffed always tried to make breakfast and dinned nice. Room was small but nice.

Breakfast was great. Location was awesome. Lots of events around the area. The bar was great. Everything was great.

Location; walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, beaches and more. The views are amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of tasty options. Onsite gym has everything you need to workout. We booked 2 single beds and pushed them together. Would try to book 1 bed next time.

Lovely staff, great location, very clean nice rooms, exceptional food for breakfast and dinner, quality cocktails at the bar. The only disadvantage is the mattresses- they dip in the middle, probably from normal wear and tear but it is definitely time to get new ones, it was like sleeping on a banana ;-P despite the banana would go back again for sure because everything else was so on point.

Stayed half board. Good was great. Lots of choice. Super friendly staff. Pool area was beautiful Had to pay for the beds in the more exclusive area and no bar service by the main pool
