I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The rooms were spotless and exceptionally clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. You can tell that great attention is given to maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the property. The location was another major highlight. It is perfectly situated, making it convenient to access nearby attractions, restaurants, shops, and transportation. Everything I needed was within easy reach, which made my stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. None

Location and room options! It was large so there were a lot of people which made finding spots at the pool were a challenge! Breakfast was great but the regular restaurants was not good.

The room had a weird layout with bathroom in the hall and two glass doors were supposed to sheild any sound you made on the toilet. Hint, it did not, it even echoed. Not nice if you are going on vacation with someone

The pool area was nice also the fact you could go for an ocean swim straight from the pool area was great. The service at this hotel was properly the worst I have experienced in my life. Servers were super rude, the spa was 80% out of order and filthy(hair in the pool at 10:15am, breakfast buffet was inedible and the coffee machines taste like they haven’t been cleaned in 10 years. It was groos!!

Beautiful views and facilities. The breakfast was great as well and the staff were all really friendly. The room was nice but the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the shower would overflow.

Brilliant location outside of craziness of other resorts and city. Lovely attentive staff. Direct bus route to Palma Alternative a la carte menu would have been nice but didn’t take from amazing buffet in evenings

Pool Room Breakfast Pigeons around the pool

The Pros on the Hotel was the access to the sea, which was the main reason for booking the hotel. The pool bar restaurant and the sushi restaurant in the evening were good. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are good size and comfortable but slightly dated. The first room I was allocated was in a nice quite location with sea views, but had a strong damp smell and bad Wi-Fi connection. The air con grille was very dirty and was not very cool. It was ok during my visit because it was not very a very hot weather, however during the summer may not be acceptable. I asked to be moved due to the smell, but due to the weekend I was only moved on Monday. I arrived on a Friday for 8 days. I was allocated another room and again it had a swage smell coming from the tap and shower. I closed it and it was fine. The air con on this room was also very low and the grill very dirty. The SPA was in a appalling condition. The steam room and sauna are in a dark black room, that had a terrible damp smell, the ceiling was pilling off. Very dated. I then realized the first bedroom I was allocated was right above the sauna, steam room. Hence the damp smell. What bothered me the most is loud music. I don't appreciate loud music when you are on holiday trying to relax and the pool is not the place. Loud music from 9am till 6pm. To be fair this was 3 days out of 6 days, enough to cause annoyance and spoil the holiday. It was a specific pool member who put the loud music on the 3 days she was on shift. I politely asked her to keep the music down, however it was ignored. I appreciate some people like loud music by the pool, they can use earphones, but not all guests should be subjected to loud music. There were other guests sitting nearby also commenting on the loud music. Music should be in the background and not take over the environment. The Hotel has everything to be 5 star, but it was more like 3 star. Certainly not worth £250 a night.

The pools and sea access. Breakfast quality was inconsistent but never bad.

Everything is great, the view, the location, the staff, the food, everything. The receptionist is really welcoming, when we are checking out he called a taxi for us which comes really fast (in about 3min). In Mallorca the Uber cannot come in 15mins. The mattress is a little bit soft to me. Not a don’t like thing but, it seems like there’s a family of ducks live near the pool lol. Special experience swimming with ducks loool
