The AC didn’t work properly

The pool was being renovated when I stayed there and it was not mentioned in the booking, room doesn’t look like in the photos and they did not clean my room unless i came to the reception and asked.

Pool not working, if you want to use the cooworking room, be prepared since you need to pay extra.

The location was fantastic The pool was under renovation and the bathrooms weren’t clean

The location is great right at the center of the hotel zone, huge double bed, very spacious room. No elevator

Really bad experience. The staff members broke my padlock and went through my suitcase…. They refund me the padlock and that was it :( The flush didn’t work for a day which means that there was poo in every toilet for hours ?

The Swimming pool. There was a homeless in the room in the middle of a bachelorette group.

Opportunity to stay in a private room with easy access when traveling with someone with mobility problems. Reasonable price per stay. Good location. Beach is nearby. Proximity to some pubs and Coco Bongo. Peaceful place. Have guided tours to local places. Walking distance from public bus stops if you want to visit Mercado 28, Cancun downtown (ayuntamiento and Parque de las Palapas) Delfines beach or the Hotels district (you need to move by bus, uber or taxi). Swimming have algae when we arrived. But was cleaned before checkout. Didn’t used it. Breakfast and service is good. They work in a relaxed matter if yo are in a hurry to go out don’t recommend the restaurant. But if you have time it’s ok.

I had an issue with my room the system to open de door was damaged and it took 2 hours to be fix. At 10 pm I was able to get back into the room. I had to ask to change rooms it was not offered proactively.

It was well kept and clean. The pool was nice. The food was good and everything was great value for its price Not too much lights in the room

It was clean and good location The coffe shop didn’t have almost anything and the few things they ode were not good. The staff was nice so i can understand is more a owners choice to have the coffee shop like that

There was no cutlery in the kitchen.

The location is beyond perfect. It is right in the middle of Cancun Isle, within walking distance of everything! Also my tours were able to meet me close to the motel and taxi service was available from the motel any time. Not having a fridge in the smaller rooms but my suite was perfect!

Had a very chill vibe, not super crowded, clean rooms, friendly staff, and great location.

The location by the lagoon. The property and facilities are poorly maintained. Music by the pool is too high. Not proper tanning beds. Service in the restaurant is lazy.
