Bad service

The location was great amd the view was great as well. Fees for everything! They won't let you take drinks or food into the pool area because they want you to spend at their bar, but then they close it at 5 pm ON A SATURDAY. They asked us to move to the beach area if we had food or drinks, we moved to the shaded area they provide and guess what? They kicked us out of there as well. They told us we couldn't used them if we were not consuming food or alcohol from the hotel. We had to move like 20 feet closer to the beach. Will not be staying there again.

My favorite part was the outside- great pool & patio. The room has a nice view to the beach. The location was very convenient. The host was very communicative. The building is pretty modern but this specific room alone is a little old, although view & location make up for it.

They had tours of Coba available and the lady Kari was awesome. The beach seemed closed off and the pool wasn’t available all day and night like other properties I’ve stayed at.

Good rooms , beds are very small for two people Service is horrible the staff almost made us pay 80 dollars because they done like us , they kicked out our friend for losing his hotel bracelet (!!!) and didn’t let him take his things , this has never happened before !

the room was beautiful, the whatsapp room service doesn’t work, the staff for the most part was kind, except when i requested a late check out they were rude and wouldn’t even give me ten min. they even came to my door at check out and bitched me out lol i was right on time. Kinda silly. they charge 80 pesos for hotel room coffee lol which should be complimentary but it’s ok. I liked the ocean view and lagoon view. There is a furniture in the bathroom that you can bump (hurt) your head very easily. Also there is only one trash can and is the one in the bathroom.

The pool and the swings are cool. The hamacas too! It’s nothing like in the pictures. The rooms are in a very bad shape, mole on the bathroom, tile broken , the towels are horrible, the pool with garbage and glasses , the food in the restaurant horrible and expensive..

Right by the beach Not enough towels (they charged me for 3 guest but they gave me only 2 towels) They charged extra for a kid just because I had to have a bracelet to come out of my room. So make sure you include everyone in the party. Everything is extra pay, umbrellas by the beach, usage of the gym. You can’t use the lobby because is members ONLY, Everything in this property apartments is OLD, there is cheap coffee maker BUT no coffee cups, No glasses or anything of that. And what ever plates they have are old and just to say there is utensils. The sheets are old and worn out, the TV is as big as my new IPad, they have an electric stove that have been use in decade, Rusty and outdated. The refrigerator I don’t think I’ve see one like that since my grandmas got married. Well pretty old. To find this place was a headache because is hiding between buildings and you have to follow some special secret agent instructions to get your keys, make you feel that you are committing a crime. If you missed the set time you have to wait 2-3 hours for the next encounter because the owners don’t leave there and they have to call someone else to give you the keys.
