Very clean, the updates were beautiful. The pool area was very nice, but too quiet during the day. No pool games or contests besides water aerobics to get the guests involved.

In general the stuff was pleasant (not pleasant at the front desk!). The beach was nice. Food and drinks are of a very low quality and not enough variety. We reserved a Sea View. We had a bungalow in front of us, so there was no "Sea View" for us. The shower was in a bad condition.

Considering the resort is closing in 2 weeks until the end of 2025 for a complete renovation, I thought the upkeep, staff, food, rooms, common areas, etc were all excellent. This place will be really nice aver the overhaul.

Very poor

Food was not good.

Food was exceptional. Location to beach front and easy access to all pools. Lots of sun loungers. We were talked into going to a presentation to a new, nearby hotel belonging to the Hyatt group. Waste of 3.5hours of our day.

The choice of restaurants was excellent The sheets in the beds always felt very damp and cold and the air con didn't help the situation. Also did not appreciate being persuaded to visit your newly built hotel and once there was almost forced to buy into your timeshare. This ruined our holiday and only received 50 dollars for attending. Was told it would take an hour and half of our time but took 4 hours which made us all very unhappy

Definitely NOT worth it. Its an adult only resort! I expected to be fun and was boringgg. Its an OLD resort needs renovations asap. The ambience, facilities, food ,

The food could have been better.

It was outdated, I wasn’t able to order liquor to my room. The outlets were broke, my safe didn’t work, it was 1 pm and they said it was too late to jet ski, the liquor tasted watered down.

Service was outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious even though we are vegetarian.

My husband and I were extremely impressed with how clean and comfortable everything was. All of the staff are really nice and friendly and we had the most relaxing time, it was hard to leave! I’d give the food a 6/10, but we weren’t there just to eat so it was okay. When you check in they kind of force you to sit with an employee who offers additional services like spa, beach dinner etc, which is fine but I’d like to have the option. We were so tired from traveling that day we really just wanted to get to the room, shower and eat. That was the only thing I didn’t like. Also, be aware of the “timeshare” offer, the employee didn’t tell us that they were trying to get us to sign up for that, she just told us to visit a sister hotel for breakfast and we’d get a $50 voucher. I wasn’t happy about that because it wasted my time.

Since this was an all inclusive resort we ordered room service breakfast and it was honestly very good. The staff were so attentive and kind, anything we needed we only need to ask or use the app! Would definitely come back when I can! Honestly everything was so wonderful, I only had a few complaints. The room we got was the junior swim out pool and whilst I loved the privacy of our own pool the worst part were the mosquitos. They would enter in our room and it was uncomfortable to sleep with multiple of them everywhere, Other than that it was all good,

Service staff were great. entertainment was excellent but only twice a week was not sufficient. I tried to use Amstar services but found the company to be poorly managed and inadequate

Everything

Drive up, pool and beach Main buffet had a huge leak in the ceiling and water was constantly dripping. The chairs in the dining room were not comfortable at all. Not a big buffet, food was just ok. Resort needs some renovations as the buildings needed painting and there were a lot of knobs missing off doors.

Everything was fantastic, the service, the facilities, the employees were all great! We enjoyed Juan, he made sure to try and include us in the activities going on! The food was all so delicious and excellent, great for the price of the place, exceeded all of our expectations! Nothing

Private and secure Beach was disappointing, required golf cart taxi to and from restaurants, dood was bland. No salt/pepper on table. And a speech on why not on the table. No A/C in Oceana restaurant. The best thing was the service people.

I enjoyed the food and the activities that they had to offer. Most of the staff was very nice. Some could use a little attitude adjustment. The pool area was nice. The room was nice however..... Although the room was nice I still couldn't get pass the room smelling like mildew. It could be because it's by the ocean. I did notice every morning the floor would be soaked with water and the walls would be sweating if we raised the thermostat above 68°. My room was a garden view but it was more like a jungle view.

The property and facilities were beautiful and well kept. The beach had storybook white sand and clear water - truly unreal. The food was not good. The preferred (top tier package) breakfast was the only decent food we had in 3 days. Everything else lacked flavor or tasted like frozen food heated up. The absolute worst had to be the late night menu pizza - cardboard with cheese. They tried to cover it up with beautiful presentation but don’t be fooled - even the nice restaurants had subpar food. We were not informed there was a dress code for men for dinner - long pants, collared shoes. Who wears long pants on vacation lol plus it was 91 degrees every day. The pants they had at the gift shop were $200 USD. Just would’ve been nice to know in advance. Also, they really pushed you to visit their new resort in exchange for excursion credits.
