We like the atmosphere. The wedding planner that used your hotel. Was really unprofessional and makes you guys hotel feel unprofessional.

Beautiful grounds and very friendly and attentive staff. The facility is massive, not easy to navigate by foot, Golf carts and boats are used to migrate throughout the resort, at peak tomes, you can wait for transportation services. Also, rooms are poorly lit, and feel a dated. There is also limited counter space for toiletries.

Beautiful rooms, lovely golf cart and boat drivers, great pools and pristine beach We couldn’t get a single dinner reservation the whole time we were there even though we were only three people. It was embarrassing for us and for the people who tried to help.

Staff was very friendly. Food in the special restaurants was good. Family selection pool and sunbeds very nice. The whole resort clean and well maintained. Waiting for the golfcarts to bring you to the pool or restaurants.

Fantastic food quality and selection, wonderful staff, amazing location and beaches, only 30 mins from the airport, great kids activities, amazing restaurants, great bartenders who are actual mixologists, beautiful facilities including a proper gym, great main pool along with equally great smaller pools, no shortage of chairs/umbrellas, and everything was walkable. Some inconsistent service, late show times at the theatre, and availability of some restaurants was difficult at times.

The hotel landscaping is very beautiful much more than the online pictures. We loved the Buffett with lots of variety. The beach was nice and clean but you don’t get the sense of ecstatic location since there are no palm trees l, just a clean white sand beach. We had windy days so couldn’t enjoy the sea a lot. With family selection we had an entrance to the adult only TRS hotel which is really nice with a great pool. The steak house and Italian restaurants were really good. The check in process was absolutely terrible. The room was dirty when we got it and never clean well during our stay and for this reason we will not return to the hotel. The bath had mold stains and the toilet always smelled of pee. It feels like the outdoors landscaping is really nice but the room material is cheap and dated. The Japanese restaurant was terrible, do not go there. The family selection guests have a butler which was very helpful but unfortunately every time we needed to get assistance outside the butler working hours no one ever answered the reception which made the stay frustrating because the family selection hotel is far from the main lobby. The pool in the family selection area is super small full of little kids and the main pool is too far. They should have made the pool bigger or have the next membership pool available to guests as well. It felt crowded and many time we couldn’t find any seats by the pool. The check in area of the family selection looks very dated and unwelcoming and took longer than the regular check in lobby because of shortage in stuff

Beautiful resort!

Room was clean, had a great gym ?️‍♂️ facility, no complaints on the food from anyone in the family. The resort was large and most activities required you to stand at a type of "bus stop" where you had to wait for transportation to take you to shows, dinners, etc and sometimes the wait was quick and sometimes it took quite a bit of time standing around in the heat. Their phone application didn't always show the correct dinner reservation availability. Make sure to contact your building butler because most likely they can get you into a restaurant.

Very beautiful property. Most staff was great. While most staff was great some waiters attended much better guest who they thought would leave a bigger tip. Also the golf carts sometimes took forever and some drivers wouldn’t even stop for you.

Everything was great, from check in to check out! The staff was amazing especially the butlers and the assitance staff!

Staff was super helpful and kind. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. Food was very decent for most of it, with special points for Italian and Japanese restaurants. Lots of activities for all! Most of all, being in the family selection, we had access to all three parts of the resort!! The « Black and White » section for kids/teens was useless as most machines/games were non functional. Thai and Indian restaurants were sub standard (didn’t taste much or cold food)

They have a ton of things to do and lots of restaurants to visit. It will take a while to walk around the resort but its really nice and the walks are all very relaxing. The Rafael Nadal academy is super cool, definitely recommend for tennis fans. The later in the day it gets, the less you see the cars that take you around the resort. So if you're tired, you will either wait a long time or have to walk. The food was average in all of the buffet restaurants.

The facilities were amazing as well as the Family Selection staff, including Joca and Ami of the kids club and the concierges Jennifer and Josue. Our Junior Suite exceeded our expectations with the decor, level of comfort and style. Our room included a Nespresso that was refiled everyday, we received complementary merchandize for our two kids and room service was great. The downside was the food. We found the quality and taste low for such a luxury hotel. The food at the Xtra Time Sports Bar was particularly bad, greasy and tasteless. The drinks were not great either and had a limited selection of beers and alcohol brands.
