Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort - All Inclusive

The breakfast was good. I was glad to see that there was a variety of different foods offered.

The property is very beautiful and clean!! So many beautiful spot to take pictures. We really loved staying at Dreams Playa Nothing

Courteous staff specific to restaurants and room keeping who enjoyed having visitors. Sit down restaurants to get served from and off the menu with option for buffet style to get self-service. Coffee with barista available through out the day. Water leakage in the room from ceiling. Spotty Wifi in the room (forget about it on the areas on the property). Up charge for mistake on the booking.com reservation.

Everything is very clean. The best thing is the service provided by the staff, these people are very polite and respectful they go above and beyond to assist. I love that I was seeing young teens eating and having ice cream without adult supervision. There are plenty of things to do for adults, there's a club, upscale restaurants, and an amazing spa. The sales to join some type of membership are very aggressive.

Family friendly Poor customer service. Restaurants were not all available unless you upgraded room. Food not very good and mostly buffet only. Room service took very long time, sometimes in excess of an hour. A lot of construction and equipment issues, example our elevator would not work at times and multiple power failures, did not last long but multiple time a day. Overall not a good value for money, especially at the rates they are charging. Would not stay again.

Many "all inclusive" resorts are MOSTLY all inclusive... Hyatt Dreams truly meets the high bar of "All Inclusive"... AND we did upgrade to a CLUB room which entitles us to access a private lounge with some food, computer access and top branded liquor. (Although they didn't have the Crown Royal bourbon I prefer)... The resort is children friendly and we did have our 8 year old grandson in our family group. He was in kiddie heaven. What's not to like at an elegant resort like The Hyatt Dreams? However in the tropics they do have rain squalls and there were two days where the weather impacted an otherwise ideal holiday.

It is a fantastic property. The breakfast buffet is second to none. I had a leak in the ceiling at the entrance way to my room. It was coming from either a plumbing pipe for the floor above or the air conditioning system. I brought it to the attention of front desk staff. They tried to rectify it but the leak was never resolved in the three days that I was there. Apart from that the property and my stay was great.

Clean and family friendly Parts under construction. Rooms walls so thin that we could hear everything our neighbors were saying. It was like they were in the same room. The first room they put us in had a shared balcony instead of the private balcony I asked for. To make it worse the adjoining unit was under construction with construction equipment on the balcony. Asked to be moved and was moved to another building with a non working elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Elevator was back on line later that evening. Multiple power failures during our stay. Non lasted long but there did not appear to be back up generators. When I initially asked to be moved I was told that the room in the building with the broken elevator was the only one available “ take it or leave it”. I had reserved two rooms at more than 4K USD for three nights all in. Not what I expect at that price point.

The entire place us beautiful. The food is flavorless, the place is a tourist trap, it feels like once you're there you can't escape. The prices in the store there are outrageous, the prices for staying there are over the roof.

The food, location and staff were all excellent. The rooms were very clean and modern and comfortable. Travelling for a wedding was a disappointment when you had to upgrade to premier access in an so called 'all inclusive' so you could meet friend for breakfast and afternoon snack/drinks. Even the kids could not meet at teh lazy river or flumes if not in a premier room, why would a resort do that to wedding and family parties. The drinks felt very watered down as well when drinking liquor mmmmmm!

Everything about this resort was amazing and the wedding I attended was absolutely stunning and amazing. My room was off of the lazy river side loved the view will return with my family next summer

Great ambiance, facilities, and hospitality. Some of the more popular food options, such as the hibachi restaurant were not accessible. The reservation allotment was extremely limited with only a one hour window for securing a spot and nearly impossible to secure a reservation. As a result we did not get to try it out during our 5-day due to no availability. Also, there wasn’t strict enough enforcement of adult areas/amenities vs children. I understand this is a family friendly resort but often children monopolized many of the large pool areas to include the swim up bars. As an adult, I shouldn’t have to wait for children to clear the area to get a seat at the bar or a drink. They should not be permitted on the bar areas at the pool.

Couple mornings did not have hot water in the shower

Amazing staff. So much to do for kids and all. Tons of options to eat and do. Cleanliness could have been a little more consistent.

Outdoor amenities, servers around the pool and restaurants. Staff at front desk locked us out of our rooms without any communication/warning for “non payment”, due to THEIR MISTAKE by not taking a credit card at check in. One of our group was double charged and had to repeatedly go to the front desk without having the situation resolved satisfactorily. Rooms promised were not given. Front desk staff were very uncooperative. Other staff throughout the resort were wonderful!

Everything was exceptional • the buffet, the snacks. • Stuff • Pools • Kids pools • Quality of the drinks • The ocean where you can actually swim • Evening entertainment • Rooms Everything was 5 star The restaurants were not that great but OK . Yet the Fusion place had ups and downs. My wife , my daughter and I ordered 3 different dishes. 2 of them were not eatable. Pork chop was pure fat. My daughter got lucky though. Her dish was just fine.
