Bonito hotel, buena atención.

Service and location Needs maintenance, food was great, pool service horrible

I did not like how they had weddings almost every day. The music was very loud and It would penetrate the windows in the room and you were not able to sleep until the wedding was over. Then, they would do some fireworks and It woke up my 1 year old at midnight, which is not great.

Food

The facilities and also the variety of food during the buffet It was crowded. As soon as we arrived to rest in one of the pools we got disturbed by an insisting photographer. All we wanted was to have a calm moment with our kids. The check in was lenghty It was overwhelming the time the staff asked us "where are you coming from?" In the night we had to wait for 30 min for the golf car to pick us up, and we had the kids asleep already.

The room is very poorly soundproofed. You can hear people next door snoring and coughing, as well as conversations in the hallway. It’s really unacceptable.

the property is very big and well maintained All of pools are not heated, food in the restaurants is mediocre, alcohol is very cheap, the beer is very bad. I would prefer to pay extra to get normal beer. all the restaurants are booked for the whole week, and its almost impossible to get a spot. also the diner starts at 6 30, which is quite late for us. also the entertainment options are very limited.

No wine in the room. My buildin was not convenient to the adult pool or beach.

i like the all the activities sport you can do. and the room. great value on family program. Food was good. At the moment of check IN and check out. TERRIBLE experience, i book with two kids and the person at the counter insist I did not have the 2 kids in the system. At the end I dont have to paid, but looks like she want to charge me again.

The food at Isla Blanca was good. The butler service isn’t good, ac was broken for 2 nights and even after repeated requests it wasn’t fixed. We stayed for 1 week but when we tried to book restaurants all of them were booked except Indian restaurant Bhogali , the entertainment options were very limited for Kids. It’s not the money’s worth.

The property is fantastic. Access to beach, pools, the abundance of bars and restaurants, boats, golf carts etc were all fantastic. Some furnishings in the room itself looked a little dated but they were still functional.

This was the worst trip I've ever taken and I travel A lot! The rooms are dirty. The towels are filthy and dingy. They WILL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. You order clean towels they don't respond. You have all inclusive they try to charge you for room service, even when your room service is supposed to be 24 hours. If they try to charge you fight it. Each time they tried to charge me for something that I KNOW that's included and I say they start bargaining.with you and then in the end they'll say it was a mistake. This hotel likes to see what will stick when trying to scam you out of your money. They are discriminatory. I talked to a couple of black American guest and they were saying the same thing. They treated whites and Hispanics like royalty its so obvious. You don't even have to be in a workers presence long at first sight they are automatically rude to you or ignore you. I complained to booking THEY DID NOTHING but put me on hold and never came back to the phone. TWICE. My phone bill $123.00 in international calls to booking just to be on hold and get hung up on. When we first got to the hotel they tried to charge us $80 a day per person to eat on the TRS side when I know it came with my booking. When I said no they said how about $40 I said no. Why should I have to pay to eat when it's all inclusive? Then the guy said let me talk to my manager. Then he came back and said while looking at my reservation," oh you booked with booking.com you're VIP I'll give you access. " The whole time he knew we booked through booking.com. Had I said ok to the $80 he would've charged me. Then when I filed a formal complaint they said he was new. Well, was the room service person new too, when my son ordered a burger and they tried to charge us $370 pesos to bring it. Then when I argued them down that 24 hour room service is on my reservation, after 30 minutes they called back and said it was a mistake it is on my reservation.

Property was beautiful. Leo was a great help at check in and check out awesome Guy. Staff is friendly and helpful.We enjoyed ourselves drinking at the pool and beach overall had fun my complaints weren’t the people or the property itself just the food ,bed and a/c. Booked a King bed took an hour to get it right after they did I was thinking it was a room they didn’t use often Ac didn’t blow cold and the bed was horribly uncomfortable.Food is subpar the breakfast bacon is like they boiled it never seen anything like it in my life and booking a reservation for dinner only to be told there is nothing available isn’t 5 star by any means. The Italian restaurant food I wouldn’t feed to my dog.Don’t know about the other restaurants because nothing was available.
