Beautiful pool and grounds. We were also lucky enough to meet Pepe the local croc. Food and drinks nice and reasonably priced. Huge rooms. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Location was a little far from the centre so had a long walk or needed a taxi but otherwise it was a quiet and peaceful place to stay

Great food and drinks. Pool was great
-
Nice staff and very nice pool area with full bar. Clean rooms and nice big showers compared to other places I’ve stayed in Mexico. Food and drink is a little expensive but, you get good service and hard to beat view.

The staff was amazing, pool was great, restaurant was delicious. Romiro, the barman/server was amazing as well, special credit to him for being so kind to us! The shower was a little too cold for my liking, but you get used to it with Mexico's heat. Aside from that, the only thing I didn't like is that a door connects with your next door neighbors and sometimes you can hear them while in your apartment.

Ramiro, the evening bartender was awesome!

I loved everything about this hotel. It’s very peaceful with a stunning view. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the apartments are very spacious. A real hidden gem .I highly recommend it! Everything was good. We hoped that we can stay longer

The beach is close but the hotels on the waterfront do not allow access so it was about a 20 min walk to get to an area that had public access.
-
The location is in the hotel zone without having to pay for an all inclusive option. Nice pool. The hotel faces the lagoon and not the sea, so to go to the beach, it’s either a 20min walk or you have to drive.
-
Limited food selection. A slight funky smell possibly the sewage system? Cannot flush toilet paper. This was not disclosed prior to arrival.
-
The kind service and cleanliness. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate large families of groups. Could use some updating of rooms and property . But still very clean and comfortable.
-
Lovely and quiet Loungers should not be so closely set to edge of pool deck

This place is a great value and a nice vibe for a low-key couple nights in Cancún. The pool area is tranquil and lovely. I would definitely come back again. It’s a little bit off the beaten track while still walking distance from the hubbub and that’s what I like about it.

I enjoyed staying in this boutique hotel. I liked the quiet road it was on. The hotel had a nice peaceful vibe with lovely views of gardens and lagoon. The restaurant food was good. The pool was refreshing and nice lounges to sit all around the pool. The room/suite was very large with a nice patio to see the view and relax. It wasn’t too far from the ocean, a 10 minute taxi ride. All in all it was a good though short stay, and I would like to stay here again when I come to Cancun. The restaurant was pricey though the food is good, and there’s no other options very close. There was a big bug in the bathroom the first night i was there. The beach was not as close as I thought it was going to be, so I had to take an uber. The couch was not very comfy. Just mentioning a few things that I wasn’t so happy with, but for the most part I really liked staying there.

A good room with A/C that's clean and comfortable. Pool is super nice as well and it's quiet. No one bothers you, which was nice. Away from the craziness too. I didn't like that I found bugs in my room on both nights (there for 2). The room was very clean, so I think it's just the climate...but more than a few bugs. And the day I was checking out, the showers didn't work due to a pipe issue. Bummed because I went swimming before knowing this and the chlorine always turns my hair green if I don't wash it ASAP!

This is a very peaceful boutique hotel. It’s tucked away from the busyness of the hotel zone but is in easy walking distance to restaurants and shops and the main grocery outlet. It’s on site restaurant has very good food at fair prices and the staff speak English and are kind and friendly. It has 24 hour attentive and friendly desk staff, free drinking water and excellent daily maid service. The gardens and pool are lovely, but the pool could be heated a bit warmer. Our one bedroom suite was roomy, and had good hot water and air conditioning. Microwave and fridge were sparking clean, and they provided just enough dished to make your own breakfasts or lunches. The rooms are spotless and perfectly functional…but a bit plain. No complaints tho!

Loved polite professional and always helpful staff Wifi kept disconnecting

Room itself was clean. A bit outdated but that was fine with me. It was a spacious room with kitchen and living room. Food in restaurant also good. And drinks My major problem was smell of mold. It was heavy. I opened all the windows but still couldn't breath. Next day my eyes were inflammated as I have mold allergy. Again, place was clean. Mold must live in the walls. That was sad as everything else was really good about this place.

Great value! Good location close enough to the hotel zona, but much more affordable rate. Very spacious room, balcony with great views towards the lagoon / water. Nice swimming pool, very good breakfast (extra), free of charge water each day, parking is free of charge. Nothing

Location in hotel zone was great, close enough to walk to the action but far enough away to be quiet. Not enough drinking water. Had to keep refilling our small bottles of water in the hotel lobby several times a day. They should bring a 5 gallon water bottle to your room every 4 days .
