Great service Nothing

Property is perfect location from all the basic tourist spots My recommendation is to change/upgrade the breakfast location to kind of indoor sitting with sea view. It’s hot outside without air condition.

Nice property The restaurants are expensive and the food isn’t all that good. Very small portions !

The staff were rude, the shower was broken and we stayed around 6 hours to change the room
-
Quite beach and sand bar staffs There is no entertainment available; all establishments close at 11 pm. The food options are limited, and the available food and drinks are overpriced. The bellboys do not assist with luggage; instead, they merely look at your face and sit on the chairs.

All employees must go through some super customer service program. Everyone was pleasant and went out of their way to make sure that our stay was perfect. Each employee knew their job and did it with perfection and a smile. The hotel was up-to-date and very clean. The morning breakfast was super. Unfortunately, we were there at the time that also the sargassum had arrived so ocean swimming was not our thing. However, many people were in the ocean. The hotel is on the calm side of Cancun so you can walk out quite a way. The ocean breeze was pleasant as we lay under the palapas.

Good location, good staff. Overall quite clean. Meals were pretty good. Rooms are a bit dated and a little dusty. Would have been nice to be able to stream Netflix in the rooms. Beach had too much Sargassum to swim but that’s nature, not the hotels fault.
-
Clean and loved the service and location
-
Sargassum in the summer makes it impossible to swim - try the Delfines and Langosta beaches if you come
-
Exceptional service from the staff.

Room was big enough but under furnished, the team approached to us via WhatsApp and even that we wrote in English they kept answering in Spanish

everything when well. hotel, pools, restaurant, and the best beach in the area. Not to mention the food, the cleanest beach, and sand, you can walk everywhere you want. I would come back tomorrow. I just love this place. There was nothing I didn't like. Everything is just perfect

The resort sits on a beautiful stretch of beach, which was much better than some of the nearby resorts we walked past. I loved that we could get a shaded palapa every day without issue. We would routinely make it to the beach after 11 a.m. and always had one on the second row. Many were never used during the day. The pools were nice and the resident iguanas were a highlight. Our room was lovely, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unlike everywhere else in Cancun, they never tried to squeeze every possible peso out of us. Just the opposite. Overall, though, it felt more like a 4-star resort than a 5-star resort. Unfortunately, after a few days of beautiful blue water, the sargassum seaweed rolled in and kept us out of the water for most of the trip. The staff did a good job keeping the beach clean, but the water is literally brown and very uninviting. This isn't the fault of the hotel, just an issue across the Caribbean. Between this and the constant pressure to spend more in restaurants outside the hotel, I'm not sure I'll return to Cancun again. If you go, this hotel is a great option. I'll add that the included breakfast was good, but it didn't change from day to day, so it got quite tiring. We also largely avoided eating other meals at the hotel, as there were better options just a short taxi ride away (although, as I wrote, those weren't ideal either).

Everything was beautiful, classy and clean. The beach was awesome!!! I didn’t like that it was almost empty, they said there was going to be jazz music for dinner and that never happened.
