Cool place

Loud rooms on outside of hotel with walk signal right outside balcony rooms, all. Nite. Long. Paid more for an inside room. Getting better sleep should not cost more at a location. No one to check in with at 10:10pm. Slept in my car yet had to pay for room.

Loud stoplight crosswalk signal hears all night on balcony side of hotel. No one to check you in after 10. I slept in my car the first of 2 nights, yet had to pay for 2.

The rooms are spacious, central location short walk from everything in the city. I was moved from my previous room to a new room because I booked a different category. Which is ok for me. The new room was infested by mosquitoes. Not few ones coming from outside, but were from an obviously infestation inside the room itself. After complaining and suffering to discuss this using google translate. A cleaning lady came to spray the room with very few sprays that barely killed a few mosquitos , like 10, and there were still many. I just asked them to give me just an Insecticide and I will suffer to solve the problem, they told me I should get one on my own. After I suffered a couple of bites in a few mins, I went to a supermarket and got one. Sprayed the room intensively. And kept on spraying it for two days whenever I am going out. Which was effective to secure my two days stay. However, I am sure they will pop up to new guests. The heavily infested room is 109 Also all rooms on the street are incredibly noisy. I was stuck in the hotel as I had to do a trip and didn't have the option to change hotels.

Room space big No lift Traffic sounds spoiled sleep in early morning

-
Convenient, clean and value for the money At the center of everything
-
The towels didn't look very clean and there was no hot water (it was luke warm to cold at best)
-
None offered Street traffic noise was impossibly loud until bars closed

Nothing It was like sleeping in the open air by a freeway. There were other rooms in the hotel that were not by the street, but we were not offered any alternative. That was less noisy even though we’d ask in advance. There were towels, but nothing else. No hangers for clothes. There was one glass available in the bathroom and it had white slime in the bottom. When I asked the staff if I could have another glass, they said no. They washed the glass out in the back room, but I don’t know if they’ve even used soap. When I asked if I could have a glass from another room that was cleaned, they begrudgingly walked up to another room and gave me a glass from that room. There was an ice machine, but nothing to put the ice in. No bucket, no cup, nothing. When I ask the front desk person for a clean glass and a container for the ice, he was very annoyed.

The value you still worth it. Air conditioning worked well. Good water pressure in the shower. The cleaning staff were very sweet. Safe hotel. The location was in front of a major traffic circle. All day and most of the night traffic noise was horrible between revving engines and honking. In the middle of the night, I was plagued by the sound of the crosswalk beeping. Staff will not allow you inside until 1500. I sat on the stairs for an hour as I arrived early. The WIFI is intermittent. I wish their was a refrigerator. Also no toilet paper is provided and it not to be flushed; that was weird. Also, there are 3 adult stores on the same corner.

Bed was comfy, air con worked good, tv provides Netflix and YouTube, location convenient to bus to beaches. Really noisy, situated on a busy roundabout, traffic noise through the night. If you’re booked on the 3rd floor, it’s a hike up the stairs with your suitcase.
