AVOID urgently... Here, we are at the height of SCAM. READ carefully before making a reservation here and look carefully at the photos... I was scammed when booking. I had notified that I wanted to "Pay at the property" when making my reservation. But Booking.com asked me to put my Credit Card, probably for security. I asked to check in between 23:00 and 00:00. We arrived at 23:45, we paid in Cash at the reception... In complete confidence... In the morning, when checking out, when checking my bank account, I realized that I had 3 withdrawals on my credit card. Two from Booking.com, one corresponding to 72Mxn, probably a test prepayment, and the second direct debit corresponding to the price of the night... And a third direct debit made by the hotel management company, for the amount of a new night..! Which means that I had paid more than three times the price that I should have paid, and this without an email to warn me. I had to call Booking.com 8 times, and was hung up on 4 times during the conversation. I have never managed to get an explanation, firstly on the fact that Booking.com had shared all of my credit card data with an establishment external to Booking.com, which allows them to use my credit card as they wish and secondly on the fact that Booking.com makes withdrawals on their customer's card, while the customer made his reservation by mentioning "Pay at the Property"... I had to make screenshots of my bank statement, copies of the withdrawals, ask three times at the reception for proof of payment in cash. That is to say that after being scammed three times the price of the night in this hotel, it is up to me to have to prove my good faith..! Here, we are at the height of SCAM. And what's more... the hotel is totally degraded, dirty, in poor use, the hotel is abandoned, totally rotten... just look at my photos... No internet..!

I booked this place because on the search filter on booking.com they offer free transport from airport which is not true, I had to pay $35 US each way which ended up costing me doble at the end. Don’t like lies.

Nothing Dirty, stained blood sheets, uncomfortable mattress, hard for shuttle driver to find. Did not look like pictures you had AT ALL! I already sent photos

Being one of the oldest hotel in town, it could use some fresh painting.

There is nothing about this hotel that was good or attractive. It is difficult to say whether this was booking.com's fault or the hotel but they did not have any record of our booking, despite having a confirmation email from booking.com. The gentleman at reception did not speak a word of English (which I guess is fair enough, although fairly uncommon in a hospitality job in a touristy city). This was late at night and he refused to look up the details on a computer, and simply kept showing us a blank piece of paper with the absence of our booking details. Once we had negotiated a night's stay, we were put in a small room, in which the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. Our room neighbours were extremely loud with "nocturnal activities". Quite a stressful night's stay in all honesty. Would not recommend to tourists.
