Hotel Parador Cancun

Good location for if you want to take the ADO bus. The room smells terrible and there is no air in the room.

The room smelled strongly of mold, and the bathroom and closet doors wouldn't close. There was no exhaust fan, and because the building was old, it was difficult to open the windows.

Did not get the room I reserved as they were out of that room type. Was offered a shrug as compensation. Would have booked at a different hotel with a room type that fit my needs had their availability been accurate online.

The effective air conditioning and location near the bus station and great restaurants were appreciated. The room I was assigned was in great need of basic upgrades, especially in the bathroom, and did not reflect the price paid. Staff seemed indifferent to me as a guest.

there is a bar/restaurant just outside the lobby that plays very loud music

Room was very clean, near to ADO, restaurant, shopping, and transportation.

Location (nearby ADO terminal, Soriana, OXXO), clean, comfortable beds, decent washroom Staff are not very friendly and helpful, loud music outside after 10pm (on a Sunday)

What a shit hole Hot enough to kill yet no way to keep air conditioner turned on while out of room so you come back to suffering heat in room Whoever came up with that idea should be punched in the face

Very helpful friendly staff. Big place nice pool area and several restaurants close by. Easy walk from ADO. Close to several banks and a Soriana. Quiet at night. Bar kitchen food is good. Very easy checkin, checkout. On site restaurant food is not so good.

wifi good, location, best, room was good except the water wast to take a hot shower. the shower took to long to get hot, the water wasgted was a waste....

Although the rooms are smallish they are comfortable but not very sound proof.They are recently renovated so the bathrooms are a huge improvement over years past.We stayed for 5 nights total at the end of two months in Mexico and found housekeeping excellent.the location is excellent close to ADO and city/hotel zone buses We have returned often to this property over the last 20 years .Unfortunately care and maintenance of the pool area has declined.It is a lovely area at the back of the hotel but is becoming a little neglected.The pool surround and concrete area need a good power wash and repainting.Some chaise lounges need repair.
