We really enjoyed our stay here. The grounds of the property are really nice and well maintained. The pool is lovely and there are plenty of sunbeds with a mixture in the shade and sun. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh bedding and towels (not common in India in our experience). Big fridge to keep drinks and a nice balcony area. Bed was comfortable. Right in the middle of Candolim where everything is going on and close to the beach .. but quiet at night The only grumble was that there was never hot water in the mornings but every evening there was hot water. I would stay here again and recommend it - they have returning guest year after year for a reason.

Location was great. Many good restaurants on the lane. There were lot of mosquitoes in the room. That can be improved. Rest was all fine.

Best location in Candolim, super clean well managed facility. About 250 mtr from beachfront. very responsive & helpful staff , swimming pool - very nice. Had a perfect & happy stay. Bathroom bit cramped & better lighting could be done .

Location Cleanness could be better. There were a lot of ants in the property. Additionally the room should have been checked before handing over. There were a lot of issues in one of the room but was eventually resolved by the staff.
