There was only one chair in a room for 4 people. No other furniture, not even a table. Or storage unit. We had to put all of our belongings on the floor.

Second time here, but this time they gave me a free upgrade! It's located on Loop Street, right close to Greenmarket Square and Long Street The hostel is currently undergoing renovations, so there was a slight paint smell that might bother some people. Apart from that, everything was great

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and within easy reach of major attractions, restaurants, cafes, and transport options. The area was always lively and bustling with people, which gave me a strong sense of safety. I felt completely comfortable walking around early in the morning, even at 5:00 AM, as well as late at night. The atmosphere was one of the highlights of my stay. The place was always buzzing with backpackers, families, solo travelers, and people from all over the world, creating a vibrant and welcoming environment. Although it is a hostel, it genuinely operates with the professionalism, comfort, and service standards of a hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional throughout my stay. Everything was well maintained, and I always felt safe leaving my belongings in my room. The property is clearly managed with great attention to detail. What truly made the experience memorable was the staff. Every single team member I interacted with was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. No matter how many questions I had, they were always happy to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived until the day I left. I even took photos with a couple of them because they made such a positive impression. Another lovely touch was the complimentary coffee and juices available every morning from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM for all guests. Guests staying in private rooms can even have their coffee delivered to the room, which was a small but wonderful luxury and one of my favourite parts of the stay. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day before exploring the city. Overall, this was one of the best accommodation experiences I’ve had. Nothing. I absolutely loved my experience and I would definitely stay here again and recommend everyone staying there!!!
