Our flight arrived prior to the check-in time but we were able to access our room early. I believe we were assisted by Jacqueline. Either way much appreciated the front desk warm welcome & assistance. Expected a regular self-catering accommodation, however the daily housekeeping & breakfast spread were a nice added bonus. Definitely would recommend & would stay here again. Toilet stopped flushing at some point during our stay but we called down for maintenance and it was fixed within 15 minutes. All is well that ends well.

It had a beautiful view from the large windows! The bedrooms were large and had a lot of storage. The bathrooms were clean and had walk in showers! It was a wonderful experience. There was a nice breakfast each morning and a little snack shop downstairs. Nothing to say. It was great!

Affordable, spacious though smaller than it looked online. Options for available for breakfast on the property. Breakfast often cold, staff not very helpful. Location not ideal. Map often leads to alleyway at back of property.

i liked everythin closer to CTICC.

The breakfast was phenomanal we enjoyed the food the waitress was on point and there was this one staff member a the till that was amazing you guys got good staff with good energy and best vibes ever

I liked that it was across the street from the entry to VFS Global where we had to apply for our visas and that we had a safe parking spot. It was an adventure to sleep on the 15th floor of a building in the centre of the city. The service at breakfast could have been faster. High volumes of people resulted in the buffet food running out fast and having to wait quite a while for it to be replenished.

The location was perfect, close to many convenient stores The first day, the water was not running clean. Showed the place had not been occupied for a while. But the next day the water ran clean.

Breakfast OK for 1st or 2nd day. Afterwards it becomes boring. Paying for good coffee. Crowded reception area. Parking is a challenge. Paying for a trick exit/ entrance is a downer. Mo way to rserve parking

I loved the city view from room, cleanliness, accessible to several services in the CBD. Not far from the red bus city your offices which I needed the most Failure to give me iron. I had to to go out without ironing twice! Restaurant was far. Had to walk across roads to reach breakfast point

The only thing that I do not like was being terrorized by the security officer when entering the boom gate. I mean i paid for two people, and now he was refusing to let me in by the boom gate because I had left my card in the room. I found it so senseless and meaningless because those cards at the boom gates don't work anyway. I wish the hotel could find a way to resolve this, other than that im happy with the facilities The only thing that I do not like is being terrorized by the security officer when entering the boom gate.
