See through bathroom doors. I would never book it if I knew.

Amazing hotel, beautifully designed with great amenities, rooftop restaurant was great. Lovely staff. Only issue we had was delay in getting breakfast before we left for the airport. Got there when they opened at 7:30 and had to take away at 8:20 and eat cold at the airport. Recommend not ordering full breakfast if you have limited time.

The rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served and where there's an evening cocktail bar is beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The staff are very nice. The location was gritty and felt unsafe at night. I didn't feel comfortable walking around during the day either. But the hotel has someone that stands outside 24/7 so we appreciated that. We probably wouldn't stay here again just based on the location alone.

I liked the room a lot. It was very cozy, quiet and spacious. It had everything one would need. Someone even came to my room to get it "ready for the night" while I was out. When I cam back curtains where closed, lights were on and the bed was ready to go to sleep. The breakfast was tasty and the staff was so lovely. All the food was delicious! That is very much a case of expectations so its not a bad thing per se, there was no buffet but a few options to choose from. They were open to also put together if you wanted something else.

The room was large and beautiful, and the bed was so nice and big! Everything was clean, big kettle available which I loved and I enjoyed the rooftop for a bit! There were quite some things that made my stay unpleasant. - the location is on a square which at night as a woman is very unpleasant. I got called names from men around the hotel during the day and evening. It would’ve been nice if the hotel staff who are outside the hotel waiting for you, might be able to offer some protection or at least a welcoming word. - the waiting times with breakfast were ridiculously long. After 20 mins someone finally asked what I wanted to drink and then I got my food after about an hour. - a waiter accidentally dropped my coffee on my pants which can totally happen, but then multiple things went wrong: 1) he didn’t clean up the spilled coffee on the chair and table, 2) he didn’t ask if the hotel could help me with laundry, 3) when someone else did she kindly helped me but then my shorts got lost?? Only after another day they located my shorts when I asked for them again and I had to check-out but then they made me pay for the laundry. I was so much looking forward to my solo hotel stay, but am so disappointed I spent so much money on this hotel :(

The Gorgeous George is delightful with lashings of attitude and exuberance and wonderful design everywhere you look. That also pretty much summed up the team who looked after our every whim seamlessly. The rooftop restaurant and bar (gigi) are unignorable and it was quite hard to drag ourselves away. The pedestrian street, St George's Mall is really lovely to take a stroll if you need a stretch. Nothing!

Great location, very intentional design and amenities, excellent customer service.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff are friendly and helpful. The view from our room was meh, and I am reasonably sure I contracted food poisoning from the breakfast.
